No one mentioning Masterminds? On live I had Necro/Poison and that single target healing was a full time job in itself. So much fuss I've rerolled him as Demons/Thermal now.

My main, The TK Cavalier. Or Patriotic Hero 187 since there's loads running around. 🙃 I posted an old pic of him in this thread one or two years ago but these are much improved imo.

I wouldn't do it as there's a chance it would annoy people. Also you've no idea if that build is their main, solo or weird experimental build. So odd choices may not be odd to them. I know having things pointed out would annoy me, if it happened repeatedly that is.

My first tank/main was Ice/Axe, too. It was fun but also frustrating at times. Again it was pre IO's but now some of those holes can be plugged. Oh and I also picked super speed when we couldn't buy jetpacks. Made things very hard on myself lol.

I feel a bit miffed.

Shield/Psi Tank Illusion/Storm Controller

Controllers. You'll also get more impressive looking powers that way, too.

Not seen him in a long time but on Excelsior there was a hero by the name of Knockdown Town. He even put in his bio that he specifically knocked down, not back. Sure fire sign if ever there was one that its so hated.

You read my mind. Been thinking about this on and off. Has to be Propel. Fits my telekinetic Tank to a T and wouldn't make him op.

I wanted proper Clockwork. 😟 Aside from that I took Longbow because of the cool mech and Arachnos because I already had a Widow in my build.

As sad as this is to admit, I may have already unlocked Rail Rider.🥴

Its my favourite AT (Tank) Has two of my favourite power sets I can farm with him (although not as efficiently as fire spines) I don't have a character concept that limits the costumes I can have

They're good if you can finish the fight in the time limit or have plenty of blues.

That and the amazing telekinesis. Super speed is the best indoor travel power. For example there have been many time I've wanted to just click the glowie to get the mission done. The stealth component allows that. You also don't bash your head on everything when zooming around looking for that last bloke for a defeat all.

Prioritizing the workload so patch notes get posted here when a patch is released.

I was super lucky to bag every name I wanted to keep from live plus my new main. Although I'm destined to never ever get Heavy Mental or Medievil lol. Also when CoV released I couldn't log in because something like the first 15 names I chose were taken.😅

In general prompt patches notes would be nice.

I know what you mean. It was 3 other squishies and me, so I quickly switched to my tanking build. Luckily had the envenomed daggers, too.

The Council. Imagine how rich I'd get from all those parking tickets.

Its also easy to hide under your clothes for a quick change.

February 2005, around a couple of weeks after the EU release. I want to say the 15th. Saw it on the shelf and the art caught my eye. Thought making your own hero sounded great. Didn't know what an MMO was back then. Yes. It felt extremely saddening. I had friends on live and COH was as much about interacting with them as it was playing a game. I was on Defiant server's last Hami raid and failed to get a spot on a team. Felt like such a sad, unfulfilled end to have future content teased and to not have a team on my final battle. Its an apt name since a homecoming was exactly how it felt. COH is unique. To have something like that back was exciting and filled the MMO gap no other could in those years. I quickly grabbed my new mains's name and all the names of my live toons that I wanted to keep. Happy its back, worried it might leave. Its very nostalgic but at the same time I look forward to trying new powersets. Its really just names and costumes I've retained from live. My Shield/Psi Tank is my main. I love tanks for the punishment they can take and psi finally gives me telekinesis (my favourite super power) on a tank. Shield is a rare armour in that it not only does not hide your costume but adds to it.

When you have chronic ocd you remember, trust me. 😄
