Take a look at the screenshot from 2019, If AE XP was halved back then wouldn't that mean that double XP pre Page 4 was not really double XP but less than that? Now post Page 4 is what double up triple down? so either way that is less than what the actual double XP rate should be given the 50% cut in 2019 right?

I thought the Instant Army Arc took place from mission 7 up and the Antimatter Collision Arc was 1-6. This is where I got turned around. Are both in Oro just under the instant Army?

Is the Antimatter Collision Arc in Oro and I just missed it? I know the instant Army is, but that isn't the beginnings of the Praetorian War. I am trying to put together a playable timeline of the war in its entirety and oof 2 hrs seemed too long to me. I though I was going crazy and remembered something that didn't actually happen by them shortening the Arc, I thought I remembered it being more like 30-40 min. I just ran the old school one in Oro - wondering what I did wrong. lol

Does anyone think the Praetorian War Arc is a bit too long? Or is the length appropriate for the story? Let me clarify by starting this isn't based in complaint, but just wondering if it's duration might be so long to lose engagement in the story. I am basing this on it taking just shy of 2 hours to solo the arc tonight set to -2/1 no bosses no AVs. What say ye?

Again sorry for more delays, but I am having trouble getting mids to play nice. It could be user error - but I am attempting to avoid rebuilding each build from scratch. I will update as soon as I figure the issue out - unless it's me. I haven't figured that issue out in all 43 years. 😀

Has a 1 : 1 comparison been done between tanker and brute in that thread? I looked - couldn't find one.

Directly - no... but lamenting the days gone by when they could - calling the change from the days when Brutes did out damage scrappers and some blasters even - a "tragedy" and lament - then yes that is asking for it. And no, it shouldn't be allowed to be at that level of power.

That technically does not prove the tanker out damages the brute - rather that it has better tools to complete that mission faster. I would like to see that build on a pylon vs the brute equivalent for a pure damage output analysis. That may have been done - personally I haven't read through the trapdoor thread because IMO it allows cherry picked results (not purposefully cherry picked) for builds that will do well in that ONE situation vs others that it may not do as well. What I mean is there won't be much that runs from a tanker - neither for the brute - but by design doesn't draw aggro as well as a tanker - a scrapper or stalker will out damage them both, but there will be runners and other factors. All will likely survive but that mission honestly favors tankers over the rest of the melee classes. For a more controlled mission type test - I suggest @Galaxy Brain brutal mission simulator in AE - IMO gives a more accurate result of damage output in a contained mission environment.

I need to update all of them - which Mids is most current? As far as the build either would work, the brute will do more damage but tanker has a slight edge on survivability. You could always roll both. 😀

Should be fairly easy - could you post the build export breakdown? - I am not where I can open mids but could figure it out by looking at the breakdown I think.

Well a good suggestion - if you could find a way to build for 45% fire defense and retain the capped fire res... You would exponentially increase your survival.

Elec Armor is awesome because you can do this. If you build accordingly that hole shinks well enough to mitigate - so long as you don't take groups with it for granted. You could build higher than that chart also but have to start trading off other areas - and IMO 50 has proven to be enough. Plus you have an awesome heal in Energize that boosts Regen significantly which is up often. Most importantly I haven't found anything yet that will severely end drain either tanker or brute Elec armor. Jello mr sapper - nice gun you have there...(Antonio Banderas voice) BOOM. Sapper is not in his happy place. -
You could do Willpower for a touch of Regen that gets stronger with every foe faced and decent resists. That's for changing it up since you have a lot of invul. But either one would work.

Are you sure they don't have 45% fire defense? Because even 90% res is not usually enough to withstand any fire farm at +4/8.
