I dont think its been said but Chauvin and floyd worked together also andore than one account said they bumped heads - Chauvin being the typical power tripping hot head security guard. As far as police brutality - sometimes they get it wrong, sometimes they are bad cops, but the vast majority of them are underpaid and under trained decent people trying to do the right thing. Same with the military, hats off to them the only reason we can bitch to each other about nerfing regen is because they are there 24/7 to keep the wolves away. Truth is all lives do matter, no matter your creed, race or religion. That includes black lives matter. No thats not at all what i said, im personally ok with the rage drop as it is across all ATs its a mechanic that forces you to build around it and be on your toes to play around it. I wasnt always ok with it until i figured out how to mitigate it. My point was a direct port over to scrapper would not necessarily make them as op as you think because the rage drop exists - both in dps and also def which the scrapper already start out with lower base numbers. I'm sure sime adjustment would be necessary but I dont think it would be as hhard as some people think.

But then you also have double rage drop where you are both vulnerable and only doing 1 pt of damage for a brief period twice in a condensed period of time. That would definately interrupt any OP dps potential.

My instinct from my trollers says to go for aoe and ranged, but something tells me thats not right for this and i should go more melee. Damage is also good for sure, i am kinda trying to go for Scraptroller with this one and its modeled after Raiden from Mortal Combat.

yeah, like i said they work completely differently from normal targets on other ATs ,this is exactly the feedback i was looking for. A few more questions, would anything be better than nerve? im pretty much stuck with ageless because i dont like worrying about endurance and slotting for it on similar controllers, unless i am wrong on that line of thinking for domis also. If you swapped something to add in trick shot what would you give up and why? And also many thanks for the response. For such a potentially expensive build i want to get pretty close to final the first shot.

I've been a lifelong tank mainly but also leaned heavily on melee scrapper, brute, stalker also. Ive made it a point to master each AT to my play style which is usually pretty aggressive. I've mastered Tankers, Scrappers, brutes, sentinels, blasters, and corrupters. Control types always eluded me until I 2 months ago stumbled on Elec/Storm and followed that up with a Earth/Cold, Fire/Storm, and even retooled my Fire/Rad and Grav/Time to work pretty good once i got the hang of the builds. Dominators are even more tricky and hats off to you guys that make them so OP because I haven't figured it out yet on mids to get the right balance of recharge for perma Dom and defense to survive. I'm looking to make an Elec/Martial and currently have it coming in at 45 defense to ranged an AOE and around 29 to melee - and roughly 40 on typed in most areas. I'm also relying on force feedback in two secondary cone and AOE attacks for recharge. Anyway, this is the starter build im working on, and if its complete garbage feel free to say so, lol. On my tanks, I personally like having to build around and work around the rage crash, especially a double rage crash. It becomes part of the character. And provides scenarios to keep you on your toes. Edit: also when I first joined homecoming, I was POd about the way rage crash was edited and even gave up on my reborn first 50 live and HC but I kept playing with it, and finally found a way to decently mitigate the crashes - even a double rage crash. It requires Incarnates and building around it - but it works and on a scrapper I would imagine more sacrifices would have to be made to make it work. I dont think that would be any different on a scrapper, risk vs reward and build sacrifice - they are already weaker out of the gate from a mitigation stand point than both tanks and brutes, double rage would magnify that and offset the dmg output. It could be interesting.

I would agree with that, in my experience the best scrapper set is Ninjitsu. FWIW. Its like SR 2.0
