It's like it to able to add KB to literally every power I have. That way anytime I buff a teammate they go flying. Those AoE buffs would get real fun, real fast.

For this I'd actually start at the end, what end game Task Forces are yall wanting to do as a duo? If you're wanting to do Liberty Task Force or Apex or Tin Mage, I'd focus on what you need to accomplish those, all the others would fall into place. If you're not worried about those, then that will give you a lot more choices. /Ice is tough to beat with all the debuffs and shields for your teammate. Time is an excellent choice too. I would give strong consideration to those in addition to /Rad and /Dark.

This forum has been quiet for a full week now, figure I'd just post something. How is everyone's influence making going? Things slowed down for me a bit, but have picked back up in the last week. Rare salvage is creeping up again, but converters can consistently be bought for 80 k, which is nice. I would really like a better way to move converters between characters. I don't have enough slots on my main marketing character, so I'm constantly having to pause selling for a few hours or a day to accumulate more converters. Also the converter cap is 10k, found that out a few weeks ago. Is storing influence in email safe? Or do you think I'm better off parking it on unused characters? I'd like to make a spreadsheet on my market activity, but I'm not sure the best way to go about it. For nerd and excel learning reasons, I would prefer something rather complicated. How much data do yall think could be accurately sorted using the consignment house chat logs? Constantly using different sets and price points on the same character, canceling bids, making new ones, etc. Ideally I would like a way to pull that data, but sorting it by set and enhancement would require a TON of daily data entry, so I'm not sure how realistic that is either. Thoughts?

Allow turning off minion spawn as a difficulty level

I think this would be an excellent approach. Especially if it were to be implemented and we get new shiny badges to show off beating up on newer harder level 51-54 mobs. -
Allow turning off minion spawn as a difficulty level

I just want to try a real Carnie mission made up of +4x8 spawns of nothing but Illusionists and Master Illusionists. -
In theory you're not wrong. But let's face it, a lot of people do a poor job giving advice in a way a random person will be receptive to it. And that's not a knock on the person speaking up, that's not an easy thing to do since text doesn't always properly convey tone and it's generally impossible to know how someone will perceive it. And regardless of who is to blame in such an exchange, if the message isn't effective, it's a failure since the goal wasn't met. To me, it's just not worth the effort 95% of the time. I play exclusively in pick up groups, so I've just accepted that random terrible decisions are going to happen and there is generally little to nothing I can do about it. I also feel having to constantly adjust for random shit has made me a better player, so I admittedly get something out of it. Plus, when it comes to random teams, everyone is replaceable, and that includes me. So if I do get annoyed enough, I'll just quit and find a new team. Now all of that is my general stance, specific circumstances could cause me to act differently and speak up. For example, if someone starts off a Master of Ms Liberty TF throwing mobs all over the place and almost dying, I'll probably suggest toning it down a little bit. And if I'm leading I'll give a "reminder" at certain points in which a quick death is possible. But on a general ITF run, I just deal and don't worry about it unless the team is wiping over and over.

That's not their responsibility. If they want to say something, cool. If they don't, that is equally as valid. I may offer some advice or suggestions here and there when in game, especially if my opinion is asked. But I'm not going to spend time of any significance educating anybody in game. I don't find it fun, and since I play to have fun, I don't bother with it.

I completely agree here. You fucking nailed it.

You can just rez or go to the hospital. Death isn't permanent. So again, why this artificial restriction?

My bad, that was a typo on my part. I definitely said I did a Master ITF, the part you made up is that I implied it was easy. There is a significant difference between a monster and a Giant Monster, how it cons to a character, Regen, HP, etc. They are separate classes of enemies, your statement saying it's nit picky is again a demonstration of your ignorance of game mechanics. And fighting Lord Recluse as an AV vs as an Elite Boss is more than a technicality, it's a completely different class of enemy. You do realize this right? Did you really, truly not know that monsters and giant monsters are different classes of enemies?

Then if it's not a Master, why does anyone have to admit they were wrong if they die? Dying is allowed in a Task Force.

Again, I didn't imply it either, I even said I didn't stick to melee against Rom. You are actively making up the hidden implication of me doing a solo Master ITF. Still ignoring the Sally monster/GM mistake I see, and you expect anyone to believe you that you will admit you're wrong when you have yet to do it once? Again going back to Sally, you were clearly ignorant(lacking knowledge) since she is a monster and not a giant monster. That is a factual statement. Unless you knew better and made the claim anyway, in which case you would be a liar. So.....................best case you're one of them. I'm thinking both, but hey, I've been wrong before!

First, you don't need to post in all the chat channels. Everyone here already knows you're wrong and full of shit. Second, you have yet to say anything about a Master ITF, so why is no dying allowed all of a sudden? You're changing the rules and how the challenge has been framed. There is absolutely a difference between doing an ITF and a Master Of ITF. Funny how once again you've been misleading in what you say.

Don't be stupid, it's on the last page, you said, "Sorry you're claiming that something designed to be a challenge for teams can be easily soloed" Those are your actual words. So you did indeed say that. Again, you don't have to be a liar. So you're just gonna deflect and ignore the fact that you were wrong about Sally being a Giant Monster? Were you simply mistaken again, or did you know that and just lie again? You're not making a mistake. You are intentionally ignoring facts, intentionally distorting the truth, and generally full of shit. You should be thankful at how nice everyone is treating you.

If this happens I'll completely fund the build. You probably don't need me to, but I'd do it anyway.

A better way to view another player's build
MunkiLord replied to Night at the Opera's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
I don't think the problem wouldn't be as bad as some of are worried about, but it would happen for sure. -
I wasn't the one doing the KB, and I didn't tell him to do it. He was doing it and I adjusted and attempted to lock the mobs down before he got to them. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. It's not my responsibility if his behavior bothered other people.
-
That happening wasn't planned, just worked out that way since he got there slightly before me. And it led to me dying. But debt builds character, so I was good with it.
-
If this toggle doesn't take enhancements and ignores outside buffs, I think that amount of endurance is a good price to pay. I'd make it 0.54 end/s if it were completely up to me, but I realize that's just me being punitive just to do it.
-
Yall aren't wrong, BUT, occasionally leading off a mob with Nova is a thing of beauty and totally worth the scatter. One time I was on my Dark/Earth Dom and playing with a super aggressive KB heavy Energy Blaster. I was trying to beat him to mobs with my immobilize, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. The race was fun though. But one time we timed it so that the immobilize was applied as the mobs were flying back, so they were all planted in a scattered fashion and it was glorious and hilarious. I need more Energy Blasters in my life.

SUPER STRENGTH AND STONE MELEE FOR SCRAPPERS TOO!!!
-
If they don't complain then nobody knows, problem solved as far as I'm concerned. Especially since I'm not the one scattering mobs. If there is the rare occasion it bugs me, I just leave the team. But I'm significantly more likely to leave because of people whining about KB, or whining in general. Edit: I should clarify, I don't consider simply asking for compromise or adjustments when teaming to be whining or complaining. The context and tone of how it's stated play a determinig factor in such situations.

Sally is a monster, not a Giant Monster, those are different classes. See, your ignorance is showing again. And no, something being done is a fact, like a solo ITF. Something being easy is subjective. Your claim that I said it was easy, is a lie. Another fact. There is a difference. Look I get it, your ego won't let you admit you're wrong. It's ok buddy, it happens.
