Agreed. I understand some of the skepticism previously expressed in the thread. But what I think some people aren't getting is that if the deal doesn't work out, HC and the other bigger servers are almost definitely going away. So even if the deal isn't perfect, this is necessary.

For focusing on regen it's a great choice. Layered mitigation, lots of HP and regen, so it definitely works. The taunt aura is weaker than others, so Taunt is likely a must have power for such a build. As far as most optimal, not sure to be honest, but I would lean towards probably not. But really with Incarnates and IOs, I don't think it really matters. Both are fun sets, so I say go for it. And the Tanker forums will give you more direct advice for that, though nothing wrong with asking here. That's about all I have on that combo as I don't play Tanks, so I have no experience with SS, and I'm not sure on the differences between Tank and Scrapper WP. So I don't want to give bad specific advice.

I'm a fan of using thesaurus.com to help me come up with names. Also sometimes a different language if there is a direct translation and I won't butcher it if I try to say it. Then I'll color swap a costume I really like. I don't always do those things, but it's a tactic I do rely on a decent amount of the time.

Thank you for sharing that as I use that proc liberally in various builds. Between that and my better understanding of PPM, it's time to rethink some of this.

I agree with pretty much everything you said, but this isn't as big an issue as one would think on a fire farm. Because of the fear and general running from rains, bouncing from mob to mob is the way to do it on an Ice/Fire, and the enemies will constantly run back into Hot Feet and Burn, so they are actually very effective and important for fast clear speeds. I especially agree with you about slotting those single target attacks, they are a huge help. A few more critiques I have of the build on first pass. Health and Stamina are overslotted. With all the recharge Consume should be up often enough, and inspirations can make up any difference. I'd certainly drop the Regenerative Tissue from Health, that tiny bit of regen won't make a difference. I'd also give Stamina two slots max. I'd go with Musculature Alpha instead of Agility, more damage. Bonfire should have Sudden Acceleration instead of Overwhelming Force proc, I think. I'm actually not sure exactly what Overwhelming Force proc does in Bonfire, but I know Sudden Acceleration will absolutely change all KB to KD. Frost Breath is a terrible attack in my opinion. But if you're going to use, I'd use it for procs. Specifically the Annihilation -Res Proc and perhaps Ragnarok chance for Knockdown. Also get rid of all the recharge enhancement in it so it has a higher chance of the procs firing when you use it. But really I think it should be skipped altogether in favor of Freeze Ray and something else should go for Bitter Ice Blast, Burnout is a good candidate for that. If you can find the slots and another power pick, Char is a nice mule for Basilisk's Gaze 7.5% recharge, only takes four slots. I'd drop Assault in favor of that if you can find the slots. Consume only needs to hit 3-4 enemies to top you off, I think using the one slot for recharge is ideal there.

I recently spent a billion on packs and haven't bothered listing them, so I'm all for this idea.

If you list them in stacks of ten you only have to set the price once then click and press enter for the rest. It's really not that much work. It's how I do it when I post 10-60 of the same enhancement at a time. I haven't done any research on which method is more profitable as I use all my merits for converters since I play converter roulette for my profits.

Earth Control/Earth Assault Dominator help

I loaded up Seismic Smash with procs and when I have Hybrid Assault running I hit for over 1000 damage(without it's like 850-880ish). I know you don't want to live in melee, but that is a hell of a power. Plus it has a high chance for applying a hold. -
You could do two binds, one double click and the other shift + click. I know it's not exactly what you are wanting, but it would work and muscle memory would quickly make it automatic for you.
