We do this as individuals and as communities. Not all concerns and offenses are equal, and nobody in the world treats them as such. Ever in the history of humans. I have a compromise! Scrappers don't get Super Strength and instead get Stone Melee. It's a win-win!

Which is why I think such a toggle should lock all KB mag to zero, a leader insisting a person loses all KB and KD is a much bigger ask and a tougher sell. If a leader is going to be an ass, that should have a cost too. Looking like a douchebag to the rest of the team is what I consider a fair cost. Alternatively passing around a list of leaders that kick people for that would be acceptable too so we could all know what players to avoid like the plague.

A more fair solution would be for a single IO or toggle to lock all KB at zero instead of turning it to KD. That would be a reasonable cost.

@Linea I didn't, so long as it's at least +0x4 I'd happily give the five billion. And I feel such a slog would deserve the reward. That sounds like a terrible experience.

So I was prepared to second a lot of the information people already gave, but my computer is not capable of this performance and I'm not having the same issue. This may not make a difference, but try changing from full screen to windowed mode, or the other way around if you're already in windowed mode. On my previous computer, significantly lower spec than either of us are using, making that change solved a ton of loading problems for me.

Yes, I believe it will have a chance to proc every ten seconds, but I'm not positive on that number. Either way, putting it in a fast recharging power that does not have a lot of recharge enhancement will be more reliable.

That's fine. The only thing I care about is Stone Melee for Scrappers but I don't see that happening before Super Strength is ported. So Super Strength Scrappers is just a means to an end for me.
