Hi all, As discussed before the event last night we're back on Indom next week for our regular TT and then again on the 29th for our "5th of the month" event. That said we're trying figure out which way to run the MSR is the best, either the instanced version or a regular zone event. The advantage of the instanced version is that it would be and isolated event and closed to all except who we invite, so it wouldn't conflict with regularly scheduled MSRs. The disadvantage is the minimum level allowed in the event would be 35. This is the main draw back I see to running this event that way as Tanker Tuesday has always been an "Any Power Sets/Any Level (as long as you're a Tank)" event. There might also be an invite bug, I imagine this could be worked around, but needs to pointed out to enable a discussion. The other option would be to run a normal MSR. We just show up en mass and hopefully spawn a 2nd zone. We'll automatically take the 2nd zone leaving the first/initial zone for the server's regular raiding group. The big advantage to this way of running the even is that we can maintain one the core ideas of Tanker Tuesday "Any Power Sets/Any Level (as long as you're a Tank)". This method does include more management of the league, but Team Leaders can assist with invites and we can gracefully and politely request other non-Tankers that show swap to a Tank or join the server's regularly scheduled raid. We can do the event either way, I favor the 2nd "normal" way of running the event, but I'm looking for feedback from the TT community. Had a great time on Everlasting tonight two Yin TFs and missions to follow up. Much leveling, herding and silliness was had by all. Even Kilo enjoyed himself! We're back on Indomitable next week 6/22. Thanks for the post. I had a WP/Fire years back, but found it a bit slow for me to play (I really like damage auras). I'll look at using this as a base for WP/Rad or WP/Spines.

I was too, but it also explains why Incinerate is such damaging attack (all fire I believe), and why I tend to like fire. The damage is probably average, but the low resists by mobs in the game make it a powerful set. I'll have to rethink my slotting again and see what else I can pull out of it.

I'm not sure of how these would work build wise as I haven't tried them, but Radiation Melee or Spines would add a debuff/damage aura and help WP's lower intensity Taunt Aura (unless that was updated). I've always had a hard time with WP Tanks, but I've found this thread helpful number wise. Thanks for the discussion.

Hi all, lots of fun tonight on Torch. We ran a Numina's team (thanks for leading Hera) and a Katie Hannon (thanks for leading MsA). Even though one of the rescuees thought it would fun to get caught in the cave wall GM_Kiwi in all their Tanker glory showed up to help us out. How appropriate! With any luck our new found savior will be able to join us for other events as a participating Tank! 🙂 Next week (6/15) we're heading back Lor's server, Everlasting, for our next TTT! Hi all, Due to RL and scheduling issues I'll likely be very late or have to miss this week's TT on Torch. Vet TTers, please get the event rolling and I'll join when I can. Don't forget the 29th of this month we're shooting for an all Tank MSR on Indom!! Usual time and place, we'll go en masse to RWZ to spawn another zone.

I can see what you're doing with the build and I have to say Unleash Potential looks interesting, I'll have to try it out. With the way you have things set up I'm not sure how to really advise. You're not wrong about the DDR being a pain on DA. But Dark Regen is there to compensate, but... if the mobs have minus recharge ( ITF mobs might, I don't recall right off) then that mitigation is taken away. Also Rage crash might be getting you when dealing with the Bosses+. Does UP make up for that, or is it affected as well? If it's affected as well, might be worth reworking the build to add more passive S/L and/or other typed defense in. Your Smash/Lethal might be a little low for that TF. I think on my DA's I run it right up to/around 85%+ depending on the toon/build. How is the Might of the Tanker +Res proc working in DS. If you don't see it firing, it might be better to switch Enhancements with Cross Punch so it has a better chance to Proc.

I haven't had a chance to fully look over the build, but one thing I find annoying with OG is that the goons can still wander out of my control area. You might look at adding Mu Mastery - Electric Fences to prevent that. If HC and FS come up fast enough to keep them off their pins it might not be needed. As I recall from my Rad/SSer the proc in HC affects a large number of the mobs, if not all with every use. Having said that, I did run a Dark/SS on live and enjoyed playing it. We didn't have the KB>KD proc for the stun/KB back then, so your build will have that advantage.

Thanks for posting those Tachstar. Also, due to the King's Row spawning issue (Paladin related(?)) if you see two King's Row when loading into the zone, plan on heading to Independence Port (just on the other side of the KR gate, so the King's Row gate from IP) as we'll be forming up there. Hopefully that's not to confusing... We'll still officially be meeting in KR, but as soon as the second zones spawns we'll head to IP, just on the other side of the gate. ... And I just read to patch notes... so the roll back of the Paladin event may make my previous statement moot...

No worries, we're still working on getting everyone one the same page for the massive herds. I wasn't very vocal about pulling points. We're all still getting used to each other. Fun times on Indom. We had a missions team run Manti and then not having enough they rand Posi 1 (and maybe Posi 2) before retiring for the night. The missions team tackled the AVs of Paragon and sent them to the Zigg Tanker style! We're back on Excel 6/1. Hi all, Looks like King's Row might be an issue tonight on Indom. If you get the choice between KR and KR2, let's choose KR2 and see if we can get everyone in there. If we're still have trouble getting everyone into the zone, we'll switch to IP, the gate right on the other side of KR.
