  1. I've had the "flying lessons" done to me. The douchiest thing I have done is advertise in broadcast that "Kong" the giant rikti monkey was up in PI. I would form a team of gullible people and then say he despawned when they got there. Not very many people fell for it though...

  4. I would disagree with not taking energize. I keep my blue bar full even running hover/CJ/manuvers while in combat.
  5. This has been my experience too. I will keep the ones I want for me and sell the rest at what ends up being break even (usually).
  6. I would drop tactics, power boost and power push and the munitions mastery power pool That would give you room for energize, afterburner and personal force field. If you dropped the fighting pool, you could pick up combat jumping for some defense (not as much as weave) and pick up temporary invulnerability and force of nature (that would be very similar to my build ;D). Personally I don't think you need the KB=>KD IO, but I like KB, a lot. If I'm teaming, I'm usually blasting from above, unless its a cave in which case KB doesn't matter much because of the tight space. Afterburner, Combat jumping, hover, PFF and maneuvers all get the LOTG+rech, so thats 37.5% recharge right there I would post my build if i could get pines/mids to work on this computer...

  9. Ok, so here’s my problem. When I use enter, /, or my binds to open the chat it works fine, but when I hit enter to send it sends then keeps the chat window open. Is there an option to make chat close after enter or it it something that is on my end. I’m playing on an old MacBook if that matters.

  12. Why would anyone want to remove the KB from nova??? Serious though, I would never remove KB from mine. Nova is my favorite power in the game (even though the shorter recharge and no endo drop sort of cheapens it for me a little). Dealing massive damage and "arresting" all the minions and (usually) all the lieutenants as they fly in all directions. All the team now has to do is focus on bosses. As far as missing the -recov and long recharge, I liked having to tell the team, "nova is up" so they would know I was going in. Aim, Build up, run in, NOVA, eat all my blues, total focus a boss, then start blasting. Now, especially teamed with a kinetics, it almost feels like part of the attack chain, rater than something special.

  14. It really wasn't. i (thought I) clarified that the team would level from 1 to 50 doing missions and TFs. Any random ATs are not synergistic. Would stacking -def from /radiation controller and dark/ defender be better than one with -def and maybe a sonic with -res? Would you have a brute or tank? Would you fill in holes in other's sets or boost what they do best? Im not asking for a gimme, im opening a discussion.

  19. I had this one too leading a mission team as my inv/energy tanker: Brute (to blaster) - Ease up on the KB and focus on single targets fleeing (or something to that effect) Me - "Its ok. I'm an energy blaster at heart. KB as much as you want." Brute - *quit team mid-mission*

  21. Thanks for the input. I have tweaked your build and I think I really like it. I like the idea of capped defense to all except psi (with psi at minimum 75% due to positional, right?). With the extra couple slots I bumped my psi resist to 56.5. I moved the 3rd IO rech out of hasten, is that wise? How much of an inconvenience do you think traveling with hover will be? How much inf am i looking at to deck out this bad boy? Billions?
