  1. Thought of this playing my Rad/Regen Brute last night 5. If possible, remove the delay between the activation of the reconstruction/dull pain and the adding to the HP bar. I bit the dust a couple times between clicking and the animation.
  2. I know this started as a "open regen for tanks" thread, which I agree would be fun, but I'd like to give my opinions on improving regen as a whole. Disclaimer: I'm not a numbers guy or an expert, I'm going by the "feels." 1. I would add in more -regen resistance. Fast healing has some, but its doesn't seem high enough. 2. To me, burnout is an essential power on regen due to the long recharge of MoG and IH (I'm ok with this as a click but i wouldnt be upset if it was a toggle). If the duration of MoG was increased (slightly) or the recharge time of one or both (IH/MoG) were reduced (slightly) it would go a long way for playablity and make burnout less of a essential power. 3. Stalker only - I would add some endurance recovery to fast healing due to the loss of quick recovery 4. Self rez - function like sentinel version

  5. Yea way back powerboost, power thrust and a lv 1 hellion made for some great fun But I’d like it back for more than shits and grins. I have a storm/energy slotted for kB and would love to be able to fully utilize power build up
  6. I did one the other day and it seemed as if i didn't level as much as i normally do. But i shook it off and kept playing

While playing my electric/energy stalker, I noticed that lightning rod would trigger the assassin mark chance to recharge build up and the message would come up on screen, but build up would not recharge. Is this a bug or working as designed? if it matters, I have lightning rod 5/6 obliterated and the chance for energy proc from the other set (forgot the name). The assassin mark/chance for bu Rech is in havoc punch along with 5/6 touch of death. Character level is 33-35 when I noticed it and it happened multiple times.

  12. i may be remembering wrong, but didn't Hos use to be a higher % than SOs (like 50% for dmg/acc)?

  15. I followed all the steps in the post and was able to get to the loading screen, but then got an "unexpected error" "the error occured in cityofheroes.exe at relitive address 0x578aad." I am now adding the beta client to see if that will work

  18. If anyone really wants to have a good time, start or join an all KB task force. Its not efficient at all, but it sure is fun. My character for said TFs

  20. I too am not very tech savvy. I get the serious problem message and it shuts down. Should I delete all CoH and island rum files and reinstall? or is there something else I should try 1st?
  21. Our last team met on mondays at 9 central, we would probably keep that time maybe throw in some sundays. We start at level 2 and only play with our team.

  24. I had a similar idea for a proposed nunchuck set where the damage and endurance increase the longer the power is toggled. Flurry would be a good power for this mechanic.
  25. No. No. As someone with both EM and SM doms, no. I LIKE being in melee, and that blapper style of play, on a dom (a squishy AT) is fun as hell and a rush. With no melee at all, the assault sets would just become blast sets..which are already shared by 3 ATs. I agree, I like my melee attacks
