If I am reading this correctly, the KB>KD "slot tax" is now a KD>KB "slot tax." If so, I am against it. I like my KB and not having to slot for it.

If saying I would be for it, is the same as "calling for it" then yes, in a single zone. If no changes happen, then I will still have the same enjoyable experiences in the pve game. I'm not calling for changes, I'm not reacting to anything, all I am stating is what would get me, a casual pvp player, to become more active in pvp. You're trying to read way too much into my post. -

I don’t think it’s the io bonuses that is a big deal because all my characters have ios and I know a lot of pve only people use them (anecdotal, I know). I would be for a zone that disabled them though (accolades and incarnate powers too). But I think you hit the nail on the head on your second point. I remember on live being able to beat people with my energy/energy blaster which, looking on the forums, no one seems to run in pvp. I dont know know how many resources should be thrown in for this though. I don’t imagine the casual, pvp on occasion, population is very high. Most people tend to be firmly on one side or another. -

Idea for the t5. don’t know if it’s possible. combat teleport-toggle: when active you teleport into range of your next qued attack. Could be a constant endurance drain or every time you port. Would be great for melee willing to invest the power choices, probably helpful for sentinels too.

My wishlist for energy melee: -change animation for energy transfer to the powerthurst animation (I would like the KB too, but I don't want to start a war...) -Reduce the "hang time" for total focus -Increase the mag for the TF stun -keep the proposed change flipping the t1 and t2s

I wanted to take some time to respond to the feedback. Here are my thoughts on yall's thoughts. I don't play masterminds, so that thought didn't even enter my head. Definitely something that would be a problem As for the buffs that are now AoE, When I left the game (back in i13ish...) those buffs were single target and I don't play support types a lot either. When it comes to what buff powers would affect enemies and debuff/attacks that would affect team, I think it would be done on a case by case basis. Example - Fireball or the empathy pbaoe heal would hit everyone, but leadership would be team only. I meant this suggestion as an option. Probably the best place it would be the restrictions options screen before a TF/SF/Ouro arc. I would not suggest making this mandatory (with maybe an exception for a badge or two). Initially thinking of this i thought of it as a TF/SF/Ouro arc option. I do not think it would be a good idea to change the whole game. Also, I know time and resources are limited. If this would take away from new zones, power sets, or other "more better" things, I would oppose my own idea. I was really thinking about AoEs hitting teammates adjacent to targets rather than "oops wrong guy." I do think the confused mez is underutilized in the game. Not new, I was around from beta to i13ish. I just don't post a whole lot 😊 Thank you to everyone who provided feedback.

Another quick thought: at the very least ST focused sets would be more valuable.

Not so much a suggestion, but a thought... Would it be possible to have a, to borrow from call of duty, a “hardcore” option? Teams would have to be much more careful of aoes and could lead to a bit more strategy than what we have now. I (think that I) would enjoy this more. I can see the problems of grieving, so there would have to be a solution for that. Like it, hate it, meh?

Update: I can’t get my computer with the hero builder to connect to the internet, but I have updated the build and here is the rundown defense: s/l 46 e 45.1 ne33.2 psi 16.4 f/c 44.5 m/r/a - 28.9/31.4/37 recharge (with hasten included) +150% + 2 prices that fire regularly all attacks are 85%+ on damage I have 2 slots to play with also. the downside- This is a very expensive build. I have already spent +300 mil and will be a lot more once I get my winter sets. If if people are interested, once I get the builder to work, I will post the build.

I will post the short version tomorrow when I am able to. Thanks for for pointing out the lack of a need for invisibility. I will respec out of it. I will have to move some power choices around to keep my set bonuses for ex-info down (I had permadom on synapse tf, which was exciting!) My endurance issues aren’t terrible, but not great either. Would I get more bang for my buck w/ an extra endmod in stamina or the Numina in health?

The extra slots in invisibility will be put on x-ray beam and cross punch to finish the sets. I couldn't put them there on my version of pines. I also have one extra slot to play with.
