  1. Wow this mission was Sooooo buggy this time. The fires did not appear when they were supposed to. The dialogue did not happen when it was supposed to. The rescuee had trouble following me. The timer ran out, I was kicked out of the mission...and then I was allowed back in, there was no timer anymore. Just ridiculously buggy and weird.
  2. It's too bad Eagle Eye isn't until 20, but I don't really have a suggestion for a better order. Maybe reverse Eagle Eye and Flash Arrow. Would that be bad?
  3. I personally would prefer Glue as a drop so I could use it as a trap, but I guess I will be able to do that with OSA.
  4. I've played it on several MMs and to be honest although the -Def from Acid is as valuable as ever, and the size of the aoe and length of the debuff are nice improvements, the -Special Res and -Heal aspects of the power are no less, frankly, invisible, on an MM.

  6. I'm not dictating anything. That is the design of Blaster secondaries. The first power, in ALL cases, is a defensive ability designed to help keep back enemies that are getting too close while doing a small amount of damage, but not particularly good DPA. That's the design. You'd have to convince the devs that should be changed, not me.
  7. Yeah, you're really not supposed to have a third Blast as your first primary. That's not how Blasters are supposed to work.

  9. Supergroup base portal in Oro and a Trainer in Oro. Heck, you could just make The Pilgrim a trainer.
  10. Right, which you’re only supposed to be able to do at 60 ft.
  11. In a similar way to how Disruption has a small -Max End, what if Acid had a small, perhaps non-stacking and ignores buffs and enhancements, -Max HP?
  12. But yea, that's a fair comment about the mechanism being weird. So forget that. What if Acid Arrow provided a moderate -Max HP Debuff???
  13. They put the -Res from Acid Arrow into Disruption. That was a good change. Adding it back is a bad idea. So there needs to be a better solution.

  15. I wonder if the Blaster Glue Arrow should be made Location based like the Trick Arrow version?
  16. Most of my Blasters hardly use the immobilize once I get past level 12 or so. If I can kill something at 80 yards (or longer if I'm leading with a sniper attack) then I don't need to immobilize it before it gets within 60 yards of me.
  17. What if attacking a foe who has the Acid Arrow debuff provided a small heal to the attacker?
  18. Maybe add a -End Over Time component and lower the cast time? I’m trying to think of other debuffs to add that the set doesn’t already have.
  19. Yea, Acid Arrow is the one power that is now MORE skippable. Not a good place.
  20. You’re clearly not meant to be able to keep enemies immobile at your maximum range.
  21. I think it means no buffs, no Boost Range or Clarion. Enhancements clearly work.
  22. It would work well for some sets and not so much for others and be a nightmare to balance this far into the games life. If someone is making a CoH 2 hopefully they’ll include this feature from the get go.

  24. I will definitely be taking and slotting OSA on my /TA Blaster. Yes, it will require redesigning the build. That’s ok. That’s what one normally does when respeccing a toon after a power set has been nerfed or otherwise heavily altered.
  25. Are people forgetting that reducing the cast time of TP makes it faster at travel? And that it’s already the fastest travel power? By how much should it outpace Super Speed?
