  1. If the intention is for them to go in travel powers, then they should be designed to go in travel powers. So it makes no sense to have an element of them that requires them to be on during combat.
  2. Then they should go in combat powers. If they’re only going to be on when the toggle is on, then they should not be designed for travel powers they should be designed for combat powers. I don’t understand how this is even a conversation. Obviously they should go in combat powers, not travel powers. Please re-think these designs.
  3. I think the special should function as a set bonus so it works even when SS is not toggled.
  4. Being able to attack when drained only applies to AVs and Monsters. I don’t see how that’s a problem.
  5. That’s how the power works. You get extra Range on the cone when you’re buffed.
  6. You avoid the lockout by hitting the spender at 4 instead of 5.

  13. The intention with these sets was, I believe, to provide something to do with Travel Powers now that they benefit from slots. However, the specials were designed to go in Combat movement powers (even though there is none for running). I feel like this is a clear design flaw.
  14. Honestly, the Launch special also seems pointless. Overall, the specials in these travel sets do not seem worth slotting.

  18. I'm not actually advocating their removal. I'm fine with there being a few scrappers with aggro auras, just like there's one controller with no pet, several blasters without snipes, a few buff sets that deal damage, and so on. Some variety is good.
  19. Crazy, I had no idea. Ok, well yes, the in game numbers for the barriers are messed up, but thank you for setting me straight and for the new info.
  20. Yeah sleeps will be actual DE-buffs, or if you like ANTI-buffs. That’s mighty and is a BIG boost to CC, and yes, let’s hope an indication of possible directions to go with fixes for Mind Control, Force Fields, and more.
  21. Is the same thing true of the Resistance portion if you have Cardiac or the Healing of Rebirth or anything else? What about other iSlots?
  22. Ok, I literally just tested it and yes I see, the in game numbers ARE WRONG. Barrier t4 absolutely includes 120 seconds Defense buff (in the combat stats window), but the numbers indicate only the 10 second buff (in the powers info). As for Alpha buffing Destiny, that's INSANE and sounds to me like a bug. Alpha should not be buffing things that cannot be slotted.
