  2. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Defense portion of Barrier only lasts 5-10 seconds.
  3. If anything they should remove the aggro auras from the scrappers that have them. Scrappers exist, in my opinion, so that somebody who wants to play melee DPS but be neither tank nor rogue has an option.

  8. Granite is great with a build of mostly SOs or Common IOs. There are often powers that are intended to be great while leveling but not as important with a kitted out 50. Some Armor set emergency buttons are among those powers. But that said, I still basically agree with you.

  11. @Jacktar The way to tell the difference (because the wording IS confusing) is to look at the actual numbers. Knockback of magnitude less than 1 is only Knockdown. The numbers on most Stone Melee powers are 0.67 magnitude knockback, so they should be functioning as Knockdown in most cases without using the special enhancements.
  12. I can’t say for sure, as my Stone Melee character is a Brute, but if it’s the same on Tankers then you should only see Knockdown from most of your powers most of the time.
  13. My understanding is that the only power in stone melee that is knockback is Hurl Boulder. Everything else is knock down. I understand that technically they are the same thing but with different magnitude. They shouldn’t be knocking things away unless those enemies are minus level to you, or clockwork.
  14. To my knowledge, even Sonic Manipulation with all its tricks only has one power that has an upfront, no combos, 100% chance for Hold. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

  16. Repeatability is very important. People need to be encouraged to run these things multiple times so that there are people to team with to do them. Final fantasy 14 is very good at this, they give people reasons to run old content. And in general city of heroes is pretty good about giving people reasons to run old content too.
  17. Yeah, I know. But there are not, so far as I know, other power sets that have this “feature” on nearly every power in the set. It’s too much. I like having screen shake on for the few powers that use it appropriately. This set has it too much.

  19. If there were several smaller events, then it wouldn’t bother me there being some things that remain seasonal. But it seems like making the haunted house year-round would be extremely easy to do.
  20. Adding KB>KD is often a big DPS increase, clearly for Bots, but also for many other sets as well (Fire Control, Storm Summoning, Energy Blast, etc). As such it should come at a cost. I believe the current options are fine. It might be that certain particular sets (Energy Blast, Force Fields) could use a boost but it's unnecessary to have a free way to change them all. The exception I would support is if a Future Incarnate power was added that let you modify certain effects, this could be one of them.
  21. You can already get to 50 in a day or two. Absolutely no reason for this. Also, when was the last time you actually played 1-50? In my opinion it is super fun, ESPECIALLY in Homecoming.

  23. Seismic Smash is a hold. The set already has a hold and probably won’t be getting a second one.
  24. They aren’t going to give it two single target holds I don’t think…
