  1. You need to click the power in the powers list, not the area where you assign slots.
  2. Correct. The left/yellow radio button toggles the proc effect and the right/green radio button toggles the power.
  3. Updated for Mids' v3.0.2.19 and Issue 27 stuff. If I've missed anything, please let me know.
  4. Much appreciated. If there's anything not on that list, I can probably figure it out. This makes my task so much easier.
  5. /auto_enhance automatically fills your powers with enhancements (but you don't get to pick what it throws in there), so not quite what I need. I use the store when possible, but they only sell in increments of 5 levels, which is also an imperfect solution. I'm trying to recreate the data in the wiki Travel Power table that includes base, even level DOs, +3 DOs, even SOs, +3 SOs, and IOs (boosted and not). I can kludge it with DOs using the AE vendor, but SOs at lower levels are proving a problem.
  6. Is there a way to grant non IOs at specific levels? The boost command only works on IOs. I'm trying to collect data on travel power speed caps at various levels.
  7. Nope, still on Tequila. Can't be bothered to do an entire new install just for a launcher.
  8. D:/City of Heroes/ It installs the mod. It's just that one map that's screwy.
  9. @The Philotic KnightI just installed Vidiot Maps via your CoH Modder tool and it still has the old rotation of Siren's call. This is also a fresh install of your CoH Modder, as I've never used it before.
  10. Trying to use the shortcut keys on the popmenu from clicking on a player's name in chat returns errors. Clicking on the options functions normally.
  11. Does this mean outleveling PvP zone contacts is no longer a thing? If not, this badge will be unobtainable by a lot of characters. Edit: I missed that being in the patch notes. I can read, I swear!
  12. Tossing my 2¢ in for 250 Sappers seeming unreasonably high. The (understandable) limit of 1 Sapper spawn per group and Malta having limited street spawns means you'll have to do a lot of missions against a very tough faction. Unrelated: do self rezzing enemies like Super Stunners count twice for badge credit if you get a kill -> rez -> kill cycle?
  13. While you're tweaking PvP, for the love of God can we please change the "outleveling" zone mission contacts? I have no idea why this was ever a thing. At the very least let anyone who can access the zone do the patrol mission for the temp powers, if there's some obscure concern about an exploit with the door missions.
  14. I'd love it if we could get this option proliferated to other stealth powers. While I'm wishing for the moon, I'd also like to request a full fade option for all of us who stack the +stealth IOs with stealth powers.
  15. While I like the Accolade power changes (made a thread requesting this specific thing a while back), the Crey CBX-9 Pistol / Stolen Immobilizer Ray needs to be way less than 10m on the recharge. It's the equivalent of a T1 attack that can't be enhanced. Otherwise I really like lowering the accolades to 10m. Now I have an incentive to get them on more than just by badge hunter.
  16. I've updated the guide with a few notes, specifically Bopper's info on base ToHit vs different relative level enemies and the Long Forum Export quirks.
  17. Correct. Message Man functions as the Resistance version of police radio or newspaper missions. With Homecoming allowing you to buff your XP rate you're usually high enough level for the next story arc contact by the time you finish the previous one, making the Praetorian repeatable contacts mostly superfluous.
  18. Savage Worlds has a an official setting with Super Hero/Villain powers, Necessary Evil. And the Super Power Companion adds super hero specific rules to make your own campaign and characters. Fun fact, one of the lead writers for City of Villains content, Shane Hensley, founded the company and wrote most of the fluff.
  19. The OG devs did answer this, at least partially, in an AMA or two. I wouldn't hold my breath on seeing them in Homecoming, however. https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/Lore_AMA A relevant snippet:
  20. Being based on Barney Miller fits with the Detective contacts all (or almost all) being references to detective shows. I agree that an Expanse reference would fit best with a new NPC, rather than changing an existing one.
  21. My trick is to keep 2 rez stacks of inspriations (1 each of a large wakie, break free, heal, and endurance per stack. Alternatively one super wakie and endurance per stack) and pop those when I die but don't get the badge. As soon as you hit a stack, keep pushing forward. You can get it in pretty much any area with this method.
  22. Several of the "retired" AE badges were repurposed by Homecoming for the reject inspiration/recipe badges and vet levels. Bug Hunter and Promethean don't increase your displayed badge total, and as was mentioned the incarnate slots beyond Hybrid were never implemented on Live and so there were never badges for unlocking them.
  23. The Inf Earned badges will take you a very long time if you remain at the lower levels. Inf earnings scale with your trained level (meaning you don't earn less for exemplaring). I applaud your efforts, however masochistic you may be 🤪
