  1. I'm having an issue where Mids' won't recognize I've dismissed those first run pop-ups and they pop up each time I run the program. It also won't save my settings between sessions.
  2. There's an annoying visual bug where mousing over a power puts the green "slot to be placed" image over the last blue "slot already placed" image on a power.
  3. In the View Totals -> Misc Buffs box, the text for speed gets cut off and jumbled when viewing in miles or kilometers per hour. This could be easily fixed by abbreviating to MPH and KPH respectively. Feet and meters per second are already abbreviated and don't have this problem.
  4. Do you have any incarnate abilities toggled on in Mids'?
  5. The description in-game says 3%, but the effect is 5% as shown in the combat monitor.
  6. Maybe I'm missing something here, but why are you asking for help with Mid's Reborn in the thread for the Homecoming Hero Builder?
  7. Defender -> Flame Mastery doesn't recognize Consume is a valid power choice at level 35. You can still select and slot it at level 35, but it turns italicized red.
  8. You can toggle between Level Up and Dynamic in the upper left (just beside the Name box). Dynamic lets you place slots as you wish, though it does still factor in slot level so you can't 6-slot the power you picked at level 49.
  9. There's a bug on MMs where loading a saved build clears all pet selections.
  10. It's more than semantics. It means tweaking the powers on one AT doesn't affect any of the others. Thus, tweaking Dominators doesn't break Blasters, Defenders, etc...
  11. Minor bug: Masterminds have Leviathan Mastery listed twice. One has a summon power in it, so I'd guess it was erroneously copy/pasted from another AT.

  15. It's possible the bug is the strike not ending with Scrapyard's defeat. I saw a miner strike pop up in the event channel this morning, but coming back at night the miners are all still milling around, sans Scrapyard.
  16. Despite beating down several hundred protesting Scrapyarders, the Ghost of Scrapyard is nowhere to be seen. The zone event doesn't trigger. The miners are all saying the dialogue as if they're following Scrapyard, and award the Hammerhead badge, but no ghost. This is on the Everlasting server, should that matter.
  17. Knockdown is a knockback effect with a magnitude under 1 (so 0.99 or less).
  18. At least on the Corruptor version of Mace Mastery, setting the Scorpion Shield to minimal FX in the tailor doesn't change the level of effects vs the normal Bright or Dark setting.

  20. I was talking about a bug with 2 specific powersets. Normally powers/slots can be added and removed as you please.
  21. This is exactly the reason. There's also plans to add badges to the PVP zones and add PVP exploration accolades, a thread asking for suggestions will go up soon. But nobody wants to go to Rikti Crash Site, so why force us to with badges? It's not like it's Galaxy city where it got completely removed and it still has badges, that makes sense. Rikti War Zone >>IS<< Rikti Crash Site, just better designed, same with Faultline. So why put badges in Echo zones that are exactly the same zone? The PvP zones having exploration badgse makes logical sense, adding badges to echo zones where their only purpose is historical preservation makes no sense what so ever. I have to agree. Standardizing zone badge counts is one thing, but creating whole zones that only exist to store exploration badges for "consistency" seems oxymoronic. Just remove badges in zones that are in excess of the standard count.
