Generally shifting the base portal around, sometimes slightly above the floor, and making sure that it's away from any walls will help unstick your characters upon entry. Hope this helps!
I believe this falls under similar issues as some other costume parts, though in the meantime there is a workaround: locking the colour theme across all different pieces, and then unlocking it to alter the others.
There's a few costume pieces like that. Generally the workaround for them is to enable linked costume colours, which should allow such colours to be set indirectly in the meantime. Hope this helps!
Salvage is seeded like so:
10,000 for Common salvage
100,000 for Uncommon salvage
1,000,000 for Rare salvage
50,000 for Brainstorm Idea
Hence the large amount of salvage on sale in the first place.
As per the Tequila Guide & FAQ, it is a false positive - antiviruses tend to mark any program that downloads files as dangerous, even if, in Tequila's case, it's just to retrieve the game files needed to play City of Heroes.
As per the most recent patch notes in beta, there's been some behind-the-scenes changes designed for the costume editor - I imagine that's what is causing the costume load issues from Beta.
It might be a good idea to file that under a separate bug post, since these power customisation issues seem to have been around before said patch.
Alright, that's good. I'm not too familiar with Lutris, but there ought to be a way to use Winetricks with it. Once that's figured out, things should probably run fairly smoothly. This may also be a good resource for you, to make sure you have everything you need to get Wine running properly. Since your Linux distribution is Pop!_OS, it's Ubuntu derived, you'll find the steps there the most helpful.
If you're running Lutris, I assume you attempted to install the game using a Lutris script? It may be somewhat outdated. I recall creating an experimental one, but I can't guarantee that it'll run as expected.
To confirm, have you made sure to install the required files to get Tequila (and CoH) working via Winetricks? That is to say:
dotnet35sp1
vcrun2015 (not needed if Wine is the latest version)
Speaking of which, the output of wine --version would be useful as well, along with your Linux distribution.
