  1. Play a Grav/Time controller and show them AVs, with purple triangles of doom, what control is all about. If PvP played just like PvE, then Tanks (Well, everything actually) would be helpless.
  2. The real question is, do you serve school lunches for dinner at home, like my mom did when she worked in the school cafeteria? So, you two should wear shirts with your CoH handle on them for a couple of months while you're out and about.
  3. Minor mag confuse secondary effect on every power...even aim and build-up.
  4. You would be welcomed by the opposing side in PvP, I'm sure...
  5. I play, solely on Reunion. I just have to look at the PvE zones to get an idea of the PvP zone's populations. also, I got a couple of nukes in Warburg last week. But, You can't paticipate in PvP if there isn't anyone around to PvP with. So then, you would just be PvEing in a PvP zone, and not PvPing. Therefore, zone population is irrelevant to my statement about it being hard to solo while participating in PvP. 😁
  6. Ok, then. Up the ante to undead spectral cosmic sea turtles. That should cover everything...maybe.
  7. Who's fault is that? I blame Lord Recluse.
  8. I question the direction of half the threads on the forums, usually from the first post. Generally, I'm not disappointed. 🙂
  9. The thing that really irritates me is the micro-duration disorients that de-toggle you, if you don't have any active disorient protection up at the time.
  10. All of that could be condensed into "Sea turtles", mate. Why explain the mundane methods of the return of Dr. Whoever, and ruin the mysteriousness of his(or her) return?
  11. I think the most Toxic/Bossy issue I've seen on these forums had to do with Knockback.
  12. All with Psionic damage, I presume. Looking forward to using it. 😉
  13. I was going to point that out. I realized when I first started riding motorcycles that I became more aware of motorcycles on the road. All that changed was my awareness. I became hyper-aware of motorcycles. I think some people are more hyper-aware of toxic busy-bodies, and sometimes, maybe see them where they don't exist. It is true that there are some people on the forums that are busy-bodies. However, some people my be overly sensitive when it comes to "being told what to do" and see people that give even mild suggestions as "busy-bodies" "telling them what to do". I have met people like that, in person. I'm not saying that Jubakumbi is one of those people. Although, people will probably infer that that is what I'm implying.
  14. My guess would be that in PvE, you can avoid the obnoxious people by soloing. It's rather hard to solo while participating in PvP.
  15. And if anyone asks how these guys came back from the dead, just say, "Sea turtles, mate."
  16. So, what set does the What-Have-You power come from?
  17. And Ninja Training for Blasters has a few(At least one) Sword attacks as well.
  18. On live, I got a tell once, when I was playing my Dark/Dark Defender, asking if I was a healer. My response was, "I have a heal". I even had the best Rez in the game. They never invited me to their team. That was, of course, before the Repeat Offenders were a well known group that would show up most everyone else not a Defender AT. Not that I was a part of the Repeat Offenders.
  19. That ruins a perfectly good Bacon and Cheddar cheese pizza!
  20. If they don't do their job, do you shoot em?
  21. It can be really bad if you don't even drink Coffee. 😔
  22. That just means that you're 1/3 OCD, whether its the O, the C, or the D, I'll leave up to you. I'm leaning towards Disorder, though...😋
  23. Not sure there are enough socks in the universe for that...
  24. I can't even...what...where...how....but.... ! I am fairly certain that was either an unused build slot or more than a few unslotters were used just to irritate those with OCD. I'm also fairly certain that things were fixed shortly after that screen shot was taken. However, you can't trust some people do do what's expected...😏
  25. Personally. I would revamp Character creation. Instead of having 14 separate Base Templates that power sets are added to based on AT choice, I would have a single Baseline template, and was then modified by AT choice, then Power set choices. That would allow for easier balancing between the power sets, and ATs themselves. And example of the baseline template and an AT modification could be as follows. Baseline template: HP: 100 DEF: 0 RES: 0 etc... The Tank Modification would be (numbers would most likely be different) HP: x1.3 DEF: 0 RES: 20 etc... Then the power-sets would offer their normal effects Tanks would have more RES Scrappers would have more DEF Blasters would do more damage etc... This would free up all the Power-sets for all the ATs. (if the Devs so desired)(Also making the Sentinal AT superfluous) That way, a Blaster could choose an armor set, a Scrapper (or Tank, Brute, Stalker) could choose a ranged attack set. The AT choice would determine the base stats, so to speak, of the character, and not the entirety of what the character would be. Tanks would still get punchvoke, scrappers would still get crits, Controllers would get better mez mag, Defenders would get better buff/debuff numbers and so on. But, you could have a Blaster and a Dominator with the same power-sets, and they would play totally differently because of the AT stat modifications to the baseline template.
