    Here is a radical thought. Content that is fun and has a base of people that actually want to play it(not just want the prismatics) will be played. If they only rewarded merits for 4 star HM's, would anyone play them? How often do people play cathedral of pain? should a dr q TF drop 3 or 4 prismatics?

    very much like wow. give the good rewards to the hm elite. allow the plebes to buy access to it. In wow that generates RMT . Sure, you can do radios till you puke and get them or transfer a butt load of resources(inf) to the chosen ones. non 50's dont even have a non rng way of getting them. Not through gameplay. If I am going to play a wow clone I might as well play wow.

    Hami raid every night...not intended game play. Running posi 1 and 2 on every new character. not intended game play. costume contests..not intended game play. dfb's...not intended game play. Defeating archon Carissa over and over and over in radios..not intended game play. nerf em all another thing, we only played d&d once a week, so we dont need servers running the other 6 days.

    run a 4 star ATF. you will get 700 to 800+ million per run.

    No but piling huge amounts of inf on one playstyle is a problem. Or at least it was when farming was being targeted. They didnt want farming to be the one stop shop for rewards, so they made a much better way of getting rewards. They didnt want people to feel like they had to farm, but they do want people to feel that they have to HM.

    Of course by that time the people running weekly 4 star hm runs will have sucked up huge bank balances. HM runs are the absolute top money makers in the game.

    You seem to find the down thumb a lot also. I use it occasionally. You are guilty of trying to shut down the debate, although the like/dislike system is pretty pointless. I fully expect to get thumbs down on this, mainly from the same few people. I am desolate at their displeasure.

    Its pretty obvious he means in an in coh game setting. This game is not what it was during live with a community that welcomed different playstyles. We saw that with only positive feedback being allowed and a dismissal of peoples concerns.

    I played wow pvp for quite a while. I stopped playing it because I found myself acting toxic to the people around me in rl. I will not be that guy.

    you arent going to see many non 50's in wst runs anymore. prismatics only drop for 50's so you pl your characters to 50 and go back and do the tfs to get the rewards. losing out on prismatics is too big a loss.

    I am feelling that I have to do hardmodes or marketing to stay competetive or to have any of the good rewards. It does seem that was the main complaint against farming. The devs shifted the whole paradigm of the game, and yes, there are people that dont like that. the people that love it seem to be telling those that dont to leave the game rather than making their thoughts on it heard.

    wow put that concept to bed with pulling characters into instances where their team mates CANNOT help them in any way. swtor has their own version of it. They require you to solo a good % of the game.

    each prismatic selling at 100 million times 30 on a Dr A tf plus merits etc

    when the 4 star players on day one can make 3 billion+ for one run of an AE tf, you cant say with a straight face that the economy makes any difference at all. Even now much later they are still making well over 720 million per run. And there is any concern about farming? riiiiight.
