Ruin Mage

There are definitely a lot of complaints I heard throughout the night. I intend to take them all and shape this event to be better next time around. I do intend to host one every other season. Let things settle, etc. But it also helps me with planning future community events in general, so there's that.

HERO CC Finalists. The winners being Spellcheck, Aquanaut, and Ocelot! VILLAIN CC Finalists. Winners were: Dark Spirit, Sovereign Serpent, and Goblin Guard Winners: The Gruntuk, The Miracles, and Hero Corps

@Saeletra Villains should probably be up more towards the tower rather than on the plaza itself. I didn't, admittedly, think up an IC reason for this - a lesson learned for the future.

@Greycat @Patti Tempest was our rep, but he is no longer flagged for it. I guess the HC heads didnt believe we needed a RP Rep anymore.

Sadly, we don't have a community rep for roleplayers anymore to help us out for this anymore. 😞

A WEEK OUT - UPDATES We are now officially a week (and a day or two) out from this event. A few updates: Costume Contests will start 2 hours after the event starts at 8PM Eastern The Costume Contests will be held inside the Kallisti tower rather than the Plaza We are now at 2.5 Billion Influence and rising for the prize total! Trivia will begin at 7PM Eastern - an hour after the event starts. Its a simple point system for the rewards. Donations to the prize pool are still welcome up until the event begins.

I'd say Eververse if that wasn't a game already. Could use an in-game organization of sorts. Like how CO uses PRIMUS, we could try to find a way to incorporate it as a big database. FBSA, maybe. Or make up our own. Hmn, hmn.

Someone was trying something for HC, but I've not heard from them in months. So it'd be up to someone else to take up the torch, though VV can work just as well. Although it does have a few snags which can be found in the Discord.

We are now at 2Billion influence thanks to a hefty donation from @Maiden Mayhem in-game. Holy fuck, guys. lol.

The main post has been updated a little. I've gotten up to 5 pieces of Apocalypse now, so that + a full set of Ragnarok for trivia prizes. I've got a really crazy idea one of these weeks for a bunch of TFs as fast as one can - including the Shadow Shard TFs - to try and get as much merits as possible for additional rewards / prize money. We'll see if I commit.

The Freakshow image is most definitely from a new story arc The sonic stuff is a new powerset.

I hate to down the mood, but I'm going to state what I stated last night in ELTF - this would be a big disservice to the other raid leaders, and its likely that none of us (Elm, Keen, Black, Oh, Captain Star, Chi, Mojo, myself, and Veracor to be topical) would even want a plaque/care for one. The thing about it is the resources as well - placing a plaque would be game-wide, not server-wide. Which then opens up to "well what about me!?" from Excelsior, Torchbearer, etc. Not to be the Debbie Downer but no amount of +1s will get this done is my train of thought.
