So is it a worthwhile investment still in your opinion? I am considering burning my total net of 40B into them just for lolz (i don't actively play so it doesn't matter if I dont get crazy returns, just breaking even is the minimum requirement really).

Bio is pretty hardcore to kill on tanks. Unless it is up against psionics, which might prove an issue as i dont think a normal build will get softcap, i cannot recall. But you can still always rely on the absorb shield, which is pretty chonky on a tank with the extra HP to work from.

well that cuts into the margin somewhat. was hoping i could just do some background stuff to get to 50B and then look to double that over the next year with sales of winter packs back at normal prices. Wont be able to get near that though now 😞

One of my early memories of playing CoH (i am 29 currently, so this must have been around the age of 13 ish) was when my dad heard of the hype around Fire/Ice tanks and his was in hollows and just had picked up burn. He just showed me as he mowed down about 4 or 5 entire mobs that he aggroed from over on the first hill. It was brutal. I have no other memory of Fire tanks from back then, but I can certainly imagine what a lvl 50 Fire/Ice tank could do with burn 6 slotted for damage on perma hasten.

I would say 500B is a good place to hang up the boots. However being able to use a T rather than a B after your net worth would be pretty pimp.

I would move a slot from Combat Jumping, and move it into fearsome stare and use the 3 slots for maxing accuracy and tohit debuff if possible. Also swap one of the IOs in CJ for a Kismet +6% tohit IO. Swap the BotZ in Mystic Fly for the -KB one instead. You might be able to scrounge a slot from Darkest Night if you can get 2 or 3 tohit debuff/end IOs from various sets

can do this on a few blasts sets. I haven't tested many but you can do it on dark blast. I assume also Psy blast since you can hi the T2 and use T1 before it hits depending on your ranging

so you made 1.2B from 22 enhancement boosters. That is something special

I once found some poor guy that had put a stack of bids on unbreakable constraint res recipe i think it was with an extra 0 on the end (so around 26M a piece) when there was 0 listed. I posted it in our discord and we rinsed the poor guy 😁

i also have a fat spreadsheet that i track stuff on. i also use mine to monitor what im working on and it tracks amount in bids/listings and even does profit margins etc. Its real super sad 🙂

Also you have taken Psionic mastery but not taken Dominate. Which is the main reason to go into that pool. Take it and slot x6 % damage procs in or if you are low on global accuracy take 5x % damage procs and 1x Acc/Dam from a range set or a Nucleolus HamiO enhancement if you can get one.

You need to be more logical with your set choices. Pick a stat that you are looking to boost and chase it. for example each time you have slotted a purple set you have put 6 IOs in. This is gaining you psionic defence, which really isn't very useful in the grand scheme of things and each of the Damage set could be replaced with either a % chance for damage proc from another set or that slot taken and moved to slot other things. You could use your other powers to chase more recharge, either on the cheap with 5 slots of doctored wounds or less budget friendly using Panacea (don't forget 1x 6 slots of preventative medicine for sweet 8.75% recharge + absorb proc) another option you could take is to slot for some ranged defence and sit out of melee range of your enemies with hover. However I would not recommend achieving this by slotting slow sets like you have in dehydrate. If you do go this route aim for at least 32.5% ranged defence. Please note that regen has 0 defence baked into the set, so anything you gain will be purely from pool power picks and set bonuses (Hover, combat jumping, weave, manoeuvres, link minds), this will limit your options for offense slotting however regen works REALLY well with any kind of layered defence as it has such good healing capabilities already. Water blast works quite nicely with damage procs, however there is nothing stopping you building for set bonuses 🙂 my last pointer would be to make sure you have your global procs slotted up which you seem to mostly have. Performance shifter +end proc can go in both stamina and quick recovery. I would start there. If you have spare slots slot up QR first over stamina base slot as it is stronger. Also make sure you have the panacea proc slotted somewhere early too (either health or one of your other regen powers) I would also strongly recommend a Kismet +to hit proc in an early defence based toggle such as hover.

be wary of dropping CJ if you are going to be not picking up hover. CJ is strong for its combat movement more than anything else! You will be hard pressed to jump out of combat to a safe range without CJ.

thats a lot of bn's in some real long pockets 😛 probably would have done something similar myself if I was working from home from my personal pc rather than a company provided one. I shall blame my employer for lack of in-game funds 😁
