  1. This was tested, it wasn't good. Trust me.
  2. Intensify buffs your proc chances for lightning and wind by 20%. So cloudburst would be 90% for wind and 80% for lightning.
  3. I wouldn't count on it, sadly. Even though that'd be a great way to appease the two people who like beanbag.
  4. We're supposed to test things here?
  5. I dig adding the proc chances to the advanced tool tip. And I honestly don't see how people think cloudburst underperforms. Between that, hailstorm and DS, as well as the absurdly high chance to proc, it's pretty strong.
  6. Just slap a posi set in there and call it a day. Do I think Storm Cell could probably contribute more? Sure. Do I think they'll do that without nerfing something else, probably not, even though I think it'd be fine.
  7. It would be pretty trivial to add stun to another power, too. This should not be a roadblock.
  8. My opinion is known to you, but I want to voice it openly. Aim should stay. If you want to avoid the cottage burn for beanbag specifically for some reason, you should just move the stun effect to another power, like incinerate or slug. If incin is supposed to be ar's big single target chunker, powers like that often have secondary effects like a stun or knock or whatever. Slapping damage and a lower recharge on beanbag like what you did with suppressive isn't going to work.
  9. I'd settle for a middle point: a weaker Aim that gives sniper rifle, slug and incinerator a high chance to stun during its duration. Makes the stun unintrusive for ideal Ar play and gives a valuable damage buff regardless, gives the people who think Beanbag is worth taking their precious stun. Beanbag is otherwise a bad power for AR. A single target stun is not a good power for a set with as much knock as ar.
  10. Assault netrunner.mxd 'Ere ya go, got caught up in some emergency beta testing stuff after work.
  11. It would delay certain timing-sensitive operations though, such as firing a glue arrow and then blasting off with a weapon before things are able to scatter out of your cones.
  12. Because your selection of worthwhile attacks is already pitifully low with how lame piercing rounds is.
  13. You know what might actually be useful? A toggle that converts my knock into stuns. Otherwise, ugh.
  14. Suppressive still procs decently well, and the times it doesn't, the extra damage and lower recharge makes it a break even. Rotationally speaking, I'd even call it an improvement. Decimation will probably lose favor, which sucks for a set without build up, but if you just want a damage proc mule, it still works. I feel like if you're going to turn blast set mezzes into damage focused powers that I'd rather have the power reworked than have some damage slapped on the top. The cc is generally bad for all of them, beanbag being the worst of them all, as it used to take the slot aim now inhabits. It's important to mention the procs though, for any devs reading - because this is the only reason you'll see people taking these powers, as a general rule.
  15. Yeah, sure. After my coffee.
  16. Overblown, really. This corruptor goes pretty fast in normal missions, but becomes pretty ridiculous if allowed to stay in an area.
  17. Phoning it in today because Easter, I'll let someone else experiment with if soul draining C5 is even worth it for this test. Still, 2 mins first try, not the worst. Amps are on.
  18. Happy Easter, I have no eggs, so here's some murder fresh from Brainstorm. Trapdoor doesn't do the storm/storm justice, lots of setup and you don't get to make full use of the storms as much as you would on most other maps. Buffed AR is pretty sick though.
  19. Pet powers are weird, that's not how it works. The proc chance is tied to your character's powers, so that's an easy on the spit boost. The pet can't inherit your buff stats after it is already summoned. So, like blizzard or any other rain power, if you soul drain then summon a cell/c5, they'll have your soul drain buffs. But intensify's damage buff won't last long enough to pull a similar trick. This is why if you build up into a blizzard, it goes back to doing it's regular damage not that long into it's duration.
  20. I'll give you ignite, but applying this to beanbag is a reach, mate.
  21. I don't think even the devs know what they want to do with sentinels tbh. They seem like they're only still around because it's just too late to delete them.
  22. @Luminara I wouldn't lose sleep over it either way either, but I'd probably pop it after laying the storms down as well. Having every attack proc both storms obliterating your targets is just too good.
  23. I'm kinda okay with cloudburst. I just think the projectile could maybe be faster. Like maybe instead of it being a projectile, it just spawns over their head. It would probably look better and also cut out the delay in damage delivery without having to modify the power itself.
  24. How do I like a post multiple times?
