Fwiw, I do with a 4090. No such issue on my end. Any performance issues I have are usually single thread limited sorts of deals that are short lived, like when a browser loads a video or something. Or cranking the settings past the point of optimization that the single thread really just can't handle. Check to make sure nothing outside the game is eating resources. Other than that, not sure what your problem could be just yet.

Focused Feedback: Marine Affinity
ScarySai replied to The Curator's topic in [Open Beta] Focused Feedback
Today's (undocumented) changes to brine hurt the set a lot, and the proc changes don't help. The buffs to the maxhp debuff don't make up for the -res decaying. The maxhp debuff is still a complete joke. -
I mean it depends on the set, but not really. Even fire/fires wanna proc fire sword and the snipe.
-
Common sense. Do you think because you made the thread, I should believe you? I'm very consistent with how I approach problem solving.
-
I mean I know you want us to instantly believe you, but if you're not converting your knocks and are reporting that people are telling you to do that, I can only assume you're causing headaches for said people, despite your claims.
-
You could build for defense and offense equally, or just go full on murder mode with the build and lean on externals for survival.
-
Ar gets way more mileage out of range ios/boost range, though.

MAY. LAY. MAY. LAY

Well, not everyone can succeed with the perception roll, I guess.

I don't have to prove something that's self evident, due to the thread you're actively participating in.

Why do enemy lairs/bases omit toilets?
ScarySai replied to Scarlet Shocker's topic in General Discussion
Sewer maps don't need toilets. Arachnos maps have grated floors panels for a reason. Taking a dump in a longbow base is considered recruitment. It's standard practice to destroy toilets during office heists. -
That's certainly an opinion.

Look, I don't care that much unless you're talking something like an unconverted stormy making fights take way longer than they should. But I don't think it needs to be explained why uncontrolled scatter is bad for clear speeds.

My submission was two hours before the deadline in utc, for the record. Also, damn, my current pet project is the bane.

I might try for it again in a few days, but I don't care to do some mids wizardry right now. These sorts of builds bore me.

Run Type: Koopak + Flea Pylon challenges. Division: 1 (Koopak) Division 4 (Third run - Flea) Archetype: Soldier of Arachnos Primary Powerset: Arachnos Soldier/Crab Spider Soldier Secondary Powerset: Training and Gadgets/Crab Spider Training Time in seconds: 10s Koopak, 26s Flea Attempt Range: Koopak: 10-22s (Pets occasionally wandered to another pylon due to incan fail or me not paying attention.) Flea: 26-38 (Single misses ruined a lot of potential runs, and really bad rng just threw the run altogether.) Number of Runs Averaged Together: About twenty or so for Flea's (you can see the prior attempts in the chat window), and about four hours worth for Koopak's (mostly waiting for sig lockout). Couldn't give you a number there. Run type: Burst Active Incarnates Musc core Degen Radial Pyronic Core Incan Core (Koopak) Ageless core (Flea) Assault Radial Build is usable for General Purpose: Absolutely not, better build for that posted earlier. Temps Used in Koopak's challenge -Lord Recluse + Black Scorpion Sig Summons -Power drone -Offensive amplifier -Recharge Base Buff -Recharge Mutation Alignment powers: Frenzy - Koopak Call to Justice - Flea Version: 4. Video: (First two for @Koopak, third is for @Bionic_Flea) Build: Pylon weaver.mbd Notes: (K run): I really wanted to push for 9s, and I'm fairly certain that second kill was really close to it, but I didn't feel like spending another four hours on it. Incan was used to get the higher damaging melee attacks rotated in faster, once you're below 15s on a run like this, optimizing pet attack cycles is more important than ageless, at least a second is typically wasted on the pets getting into melee with the pylon and the disruptors are more likely to waste time casting the stun before getting into claw range, on a similar note, with a kill time so short, I didn't see value in enflame over adrenal. Shatter armor doesn't really get to shine much either, but it does a chunk of damage to make up for it. I'm sure I could get 9 or even 8 seconds with perfect RNG proc rng on myself and on the blaster bot, but I can't be assed to farm it for that long. - Double sig summoning wasn't explicitly shown to reduce chances of it getting nerfed, rather than to keep it a secret, in a sense. If you PM me, I'll tell you how to do it. Requires zero special commands or power weirdness. - The leviathan build posted earlier in the thread can kill the pylons in about 16-20s, and is actually kind of a clear speed god, would recommend actually running that, and never running this build. I hate builds like these, which is why I'm phoning it in, lol. I wanted to win with that one, but the limit seems to be 15s. On a god run, it might draw with Angel's 14s time. - I'm clicking the pets because the keycaps they were bound to needed to be cleaned, lol. - I was almost not able to run these due to a game breaking bug on beta last week that resolved itself only a few days ago. - You still haven't updated the top office clear on the OP, Koop. >_>

Redundancy. When a build is tight, and you use fulcrum properly, especially when leveraged with fold space, siphon power doesn't really do much for the cast, and kin + blast is already fairly busy when played right.
-
1: slot for more recharge sets. 2: leverage ffb in your aoe. 3: once you are satisfied with your damage, it's time to goof around with procs. The value from point 2 increases here.

See, I just think getting the correct chantry buff is a pain in the ass.
