I would make 2 minor changes to the build. Instead of the 2nd Blessing of the Zephyr in Combat Jumping, I'd put the Kismet +Accuracy IO and in Entangling Arrow, I'd slot an Endoplasm HO instead of just the accuracy. I would also try to put Defender's Bastion into something other than Oil Slick so that the proc will fire more. You've got a very proc-heavy build, which is not something I'm super familiar with, so I don't want to make any other comments on it.

ooh, I had that problem too at first. Trying to remember what I did to fix it. I'll get back to you if I remember.

Poison Trap in Traps is pretty much a must take. It's your -regen power and has a nice hold component to it as well. In fast moving teams, however, you'll only use it against AVs/GMs. Poison Trap in Poison is more skippable. It too does a hold (it used to be a sleep, which was basically useless) and it does -recovery. Since Poison doesn't have any -end powers, this is only useful (IMO) if you are Electric Blast.

Oh, one other thing. I can't get Mids to copy to the clipboard when using the "export to forum" thing, so I just attach the Mids file to the posts instead.

I don't have any advice on the build, but I may be able to help with Mids, as I am also on Linux. The first thing you want to do is make sure your WINE is up to date. Then download the zip file for Mids (not the installer). From there, unzip the file, then in terminal, go to the Mids folder and run wine (mids file name) I don't remember if your need the .exe at the end of the command or not. There is also a way to make this user-friendly using your GUI, but I'm on my phone right now, so I can't check exactly how it's done. edit: Here's how to make a desktop shortcut. create a new text file on your desktop then put the following in there [Desktop Entry] Name=MidsReborn Exec=wine "<file path>/MidsReborn.exe" Icon=<file Path>/Images/Unknown.png Type=Application Categories=Wine; Then save it as MidsReborn.desktop. From there, you may have to right click and choose "Run as program" Alternately, if using Ubuntu (only one I've tried on) you can save this file into Home/<user>/.local/share/applications This will put it in your app drawer.

So, the reason Energy and Invulnerability got psi resist/defense has to do with the changes to attack types. Since psi attacks no longer are tagged as multiple damage types, the psi hole was a lot more noticeable.

If you're doing Hard Mode, my understanding is a combination of buffs and debuffs is key. None of those three sets have particularly strong buffs, so they might not be the best choices. That being said, all three of them are excellent for non-HM content. Did you have a thought on which secondary you wanted to go with? That would help with build selections.

My first toon on live was Psyonico (I joined in i6). before CoH I didn't really have one game identity that I used. Since then, this has become kind of my go to for gaming handles

Use Target_custom_near instead of next. This will prevent you switching between targets if you happen to be on a team with multiple TAs. Also, you only need it to say Oil or Oil Slick, the target isn't called Arrow, so that won't work. As for your build, the biggest thing I see is not having Poison Gas Arrow. It's really a fantastic power and one that shouldn't be skipped. I personally like Flash and Glue arrow, but those are a bit more personal preference over PGA. For oil slick, you can use apprentice charm to ignite it. On my phone right now, but when I get to my computer I'll look at your build and also give you mine for comparison.

You get a notice for your first time competing the WST for the week. Sounds like it's working as intended.

I think it has something to do with the fact that it isn't a PBAoE, it's a Targeted AoE with a very short range.

Seeds still notifies mobs too.

.85 is the actual place KB turns to KD, not .99. so that would explain the +1 thing. It's also possible that tornado hits with multiple KBs at the same time, in which case it would stack with itself and turn into KB again.

I don't think the devs are 1337 h4x0rs who remote into others PCs just to remove Tequila.

That could be an idea I can get behind. Now you just need to convince the devs that Rad needs a buff.

I don't see an Emp->Aether conversion happening because that would be the same thing as the Emp->Reward Merit the devs just removed. I don't see a problem with being able to buy costumes with Emp merits though.

My Defender that leveled entirely through TFs (well, once he was 8 that is) was a Thermal/DP. Thermal because it has a *lot* of great utility, and DP because it fit the concept that I had. If I were to do it again, maybe Thermal/Dark? Dark provides -to-hit which is a nice compliment to Thermal's resistance shields.
