I would love for more people to play homecoming, but this is not going to happen. As others have said, between the vastly different codes that now exist and the animosity the different dev groups have, I don't see it working.

It's really designed to be proactive, not reactive. I don't really know how I feel about the power though.

That's not actually true Acid Mortar, FFG and Seekers all benefit from defender modifiers.

I slot the 3 health procs and the performance shifter proc on almost all of my toons. All toggles start with at least 1 end redux All attacks (except possibly nukes) start with an accuracy and an end redux. What particular combo are your having end issues on?

Also kind of depends on what you mean by offender... Some Empath Offenders still take Heal Other/Absorb Pain/Resurrect, while others find most of those unnecessary. These were the original Green Machine (all empathy offender) build requirements, I should note they don't mention IOs because this SG is from well before the Invention System existed and were just never really updated since then. Heal Aura - required, 3 heal recommended, no recharge or endredux needed Heal Other - not required Clear Mind - required by level 20 Fortitude - required pick at level 12, slot with 2 defense at a minimum Recovery Aura - required pick at level 18, slot with three recharge as soon as possible Regeneration Aura- required pick at level 26, slot with three recharge as soon as possible, slot 3 heals in as well. Adrenalin Boost - required pick at level 32, slot with three recharge as soon as possible, strongly recommended to slot 2 heal, 1 endmod as well. Blast Powers Slotted Attacks are required, this is a project that is expected to kill things. Your blast nuke is a required pick at level 38. Don't worry, no end drop will bother you. Pool Powers Hasten - required by level 18, 3 slotted Assault - required by level 24 Tactics - required by level 24 (3 tohit buffs) I would like to point out that Empathy Offenders work best in teams. The more empathy offenders you have on a team, the better each individual empathy becomes, assuming you follow the correct buffing directions (which I can't seem to find at the moment.)

There aren't multiple instances of the midnighters club, what you have to do is go to the back of the room you ever from, clock that double door, then look for the set of double doors that say Steel Canyon.

And that's the problem... Don't get me wrong, having an extra SO worth of damage is nice, but unless it's something like this case where you have all of the other ducks in a row it's not a feasible strategy for the most part.

So, the problem is that in a semi recent patch, the devs made it so that travel powers are no longer exclusive. The bind you probably are using relied on hover and fly being exclusive. Summoning @Linea with their knowledge of press and release binds.

Minimal FX does not necessarily mean no-FX (like what Inv and WP get). Ice and Stone both have minimal FX too and they still show some FX.

A while ago, I noticed that when I had an OC on my GPU that the game would randomly crash. I also had other issues with that GPU though where even at stock it would sometimes black my screen and turn the GPU fans to 100%. For that I ended up needing to under clock the GPU... Interestingly enough, that seems to have been a Windows thing, as when I switched to Linux it never did that at stock speed. Anyway, I've derailed, try going to stock speed on your GPU, that's my suggestion.

If you're dying as a tanker at low levels, you may have the difficulty too high. A Shield tanker really doesn't begin to shine until you have Deflection/Battle Agility/True Grit/Active Defense fully slotted.

The new bubble should act the same as old Force Bubble PROVIDED you don't slot a KB->KD in it. If you do, the force bubble repel is disabled.

No, but they did say "all the TFs" so that would logically mean including hard mode. If the OP is not including hard mode, then my suggestion would be to pick a primary that sounds like fun then pick a secondary that sounds fun. If your primary doesn't include a self heal, I'd probably lean toward Dark or Water Blast but that's not even necessary.

I'm not super familiar with how AE works, but I think there is a way to mark an enemy as a named boss via the objective window, this might solve your problem. if you can't solve it, then I support this suggestion.

I'll 2nd shield for charging, pair it with Savage or Electric melee for a second charge like ability. As for buffing, kin, time, and nature do a good job at buffing both yourself and your teammates.

Domination has mez protection to but it is not permanent out of the box.
