Just to play devil's advocate... right now, if I'm listing multiple enhancements in the /ah with a single price I can simply click the enhancement in my bar and press the enter key, your change would have me have to move the mouse for every enhancement listed. My suggestion for you for the EoE phase of Hami is to just empty your inspiration tray before it starts then close the AH. Usually you won't get more than 20 inspirations drop in that phase. Then, while the team is organizing between the monster wall phase and the actual Hami phase you can make any final adjustments to your inspiration tray.

It hasn't changed in the 6 or so months that it's been out. I haven't found it to be particularly squishy, though I admit it's a bit of a late bloomer.

Ah yes, a tank who doesn't attack is the best tank. It's a good thing tank attacks don't do anything important, like taunting in an AoE or doing various debuffs/soft controls that would make attacks useful for something other than damage. It is also known that the best active farming toon is not a tank, because they don't do any damage. Oh wait...

Someone brought this up with the example of Banners a week or two ago. If it's possible, I think it should happen. -

A different way to apply Status Effect Protection
Psyonico replied to MsSmart's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
Bosses have mag 3 protection to hold/stun/sleep/confuse. All controller hold/stun/confuse do mag 3 mez, meaning you only need to hit the boss twice with that type of mez for it to control them. ST sleeps for controllers are mag 3.5, so you will sleep them with 1 application. EBs are another story. If they're scaled down AVs, they'll have PToD which adds 50 mag mez protection to all but sleep/immobilize. And I highly doubt you're going to see a change to PToD, since that could trivialize AV content. -
My wife and I dressed as Fred and Wilma Flintstone to hand out candy. Most of the adults got our costumes though very few of the kids did. My personal favorite costume set that I saw was two kids, probably 5 and 7, dressed as Dr. Evil and Austin Powers and their mom dressed as Fat Bastard. The costumes were spot on and we got a good laugh out of them. Also saw a surprising number of inflatable costumes, mostly dinosaurs, though there was also a Cookie Monster and a Sonic the Hedgehog inflatable as well. Our neighbor's kid, who is 4 and autistic, had to practice coming up to us a few times before he was comfortable to actually go trick or treating. It was kind of heartwarming to watch him slowly go from "i don't want to go anywhere near those people" to having a big smile and saying "trick or treat" over the course of 20-30 minutes

We went through 24 lbs of candy in a little less than 3 hours. My wife and I moved into a new neighborhood a little less than a year ago. This is the first time in my adult life I've actually had any trick or treaters. We also made jello shots to serve to the adults. Those were a hit.

I admit, I don't use the teleport all that often, but I know a guy that takes mystic flight on every character specifically because of the telephoto. Also, the hover would be of minimal use since you'd *have* to have mystic flight turned on to use it and you can't slot it.
 -
I'm pretty sure it procs very poorly. For me, if I have the extra slots, I slot 4x basalisk's gaze for the recharge bonus. If I don't have the slots, a single recharge does fine.
 -
Yeah, it's not a pbaoe. The AoE is centered on your target, not you.
 -
I should also add that the tech and magic origin powers will also light oil slick. I on all of my TA toons I use a macro that targets oil slick and activates an origin power.
 -
Yeah, I always save Domination on the last mission of Posi 1 for that specific reason.

Totally Weird Idea Derived From Other Thread
Psyonico replied to Rudra's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
I think that mission is in Serpant Drummer's arc. -
Follow Through is a pretty high damaging power and should be slotted as an attack, not a stun.
 -
The MM version is kind of like this, but terrible. It's a click power that puts the aura on a pet. However, it is on a very long recharge and the debuffs are not enhanceable.

But we've got the biggest balls of them all!

I don't remember the last time I had a Citadel TF take more than ~ 1 hour, it gives 40 merits for that hour. (For comparison, a yin takes ~30 minutes and gives 20 merits, or an ITF (not speed) takes 45 minutes-1 hour+ for 26 merits). I think Citadel's missions are fine. If I were to change anything about the TF, it would be to not constantly bounce around zones.

				The Maniplator (Manipulation/Control archetpe)
Psyonico replied to cohRock's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
I feel like at least devices wouldn't work well for this AT, but it's an interesting concept. Oof, I just thought of Symphony Control paired with Boost Range. -

Auto Targeting - Provide a mean to set default
Psyonico replied to MsSmart's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
Not necessarily centered, but /targetenemynear will target the closest enemy to you, I have it bound to V. -
Thunderstrike was actually recently buffed to its current iteration. It used to do slightly more damage than its current AoE portion to all targets. It was buffed to do significantly more damage to a ST and a little less in the splash.

You just changed your argument. You first said that Dominators and Blasters don't have any access to +perception. Which i disproved, you then move the goal post and say that they can't get to max perception. To which i will refer you to an earlier post i made in this topic. I said something along the lines of "it doesn't matter if you're at the perception cap because there is only 1 instance in non-AE PvE where any single +perception is won't be enough". That 1 instance is if you happen to be on a posi 1 with multiple teammates with a -perception power. Not being able to cap perception by yourself is not the only thing you can't realistically cap yourself. Defense, for example. No tank can cap defense by themselves without downing lots of purple inspirations. I'm not even sure barrier at its full strength will cap defense. Similarly, no AT can cap To-Hit by itself. Recovery or regeneration? Can't be capped by yourself. Heck, status resistance probably can't hit the cap even on a specifically built full team. Pretty much only Kinetics toons can hit the damage cap by themselves. I don't think its possible for anyone to hit the +range cap ever (unless the devs create a new buff set with a grantable +range buff it will never be reached). All of these caps are more important to reach than the perception cap. So "i can't hit the perception cap" seems like a very odd hill to die on.

TP range is controlled by any +range. I don't know if it would be possible to *only* increase the range of TP.
 -
It's funny that you mention this combo not having +perception, because targetting drone very much has +perception. Same with the /devices version... so yes, blasters and dominators do get +perception. Also, tactical arrow has Eagle Eye, which has + perception. In fact, there are only 2 blaster primaries and 2 blaster secondaries that *cant* slot the rectified reticle IO for increased perception.

It's actually really hard to get max stealth unless you are either illusion control or arsenal control, both of which have a power that will take you to the stealth cap (200 ft). There are lots of ways to get "effectively invisible" which is just 55 ft of stealth. At 55 feet, most mobs won't notice you because they have 54 feet of perception. Some (like rikti drones and rularuu watchers) completely ignore stealth, and even at the 200 ft cap will see you. as for more ways to increase perception, meh. You aren't limited in what you can target with current perception unless you get debuffed, which is rare for mobs. Most powerset combos have access to build up, aim, or something similar, which can take the rectified reticle proc. That alone will solve all problems unless you are facing multiple stacks of -perception (which is only available in posi 1 if you have multiple toons who can have -perception powers, or AE). Similarly, all characters have access to use the Warp IO in any of 3 teleport powers, or could take tactics. Finally, yellow inspirations increase perception. Really, the only reason I see to make perception increases more common is RP, which is a weird thing to balance powers around.
