My favorite AT lately is Blasters. When I pop out of a mission I open Auction ( /Macro AH AH = one button AH to do so) and load out. 3-4 greens depending on primary. Dark needs just 3. 3-4 break frees depending on content/level. 4-6 purples. 1 lg blue, for emergencies. the rest is reds. Almost all of these are mediums, and I keep bids filled so I can load and go. Downside, between doing this and being a flyer I tend to be slightly later in than the fastest team members. But my Blasters usually end up at the front of the pack knocking stuff down so the team keeps rolling on.

almost all (all?) "autohit" attacks in PvE require a to hit check in PvP. Therefore the power needs to be fully described by damage type and how it comes in (melee, Aoe, ...).

But why does an android have BO? Does he secrete it on purpose? Is he using some hormones to try to seem more human? does he have a fetish for dirty socks? We need more info! i suggest that should be the real Citadel TF. A quest to discover why this guy just reeks!

this is very nice. there are some good villain concepts that can be grown from this.

i only (rarely) farm XP on new projects 1-50. uh, and to open the alpha. i take breaks. if i moved the operation to a double exp server (which i should...) it would be faster. on Excelsior, without breaks, about 3 hours 1-50. i take breaks. alpha takes 5 min.

Numina is deeply involved in the Midnight Squad cult, and even villains don't trust those pricks. P Yin is batshit crazy in EVERY incarnation. Synapse is a Crey operative. They all put on goody two shoe airs while telling everyone else how to live and by what rules, rules they themselves break. That is the cliff notes, but if you need more info I got a file cabinet on each of them. They are involved in nasty stuff for "heroes"

this is good info thanks. mids has a diff radius for tanks, but i have no idea if it is right. but what it does do really well is piss off everyone affected by it, and since it moves with your target you can tag a boss 70 feet away and he will PULL the room to you, drawing agro in a circle as he comes towards you. lazy and effective
