    I am going to be serious. Well, for me. I have run a LOT of pugs. Honestly, they dont always go well. Some do. I run ONLY SF/TF/Trials. There are multiple reasons. The effect is players are locked in to the run to get the rewards at end. Merits/badge/exp Sometimes it takes a while to recruit. I have yet to take myself hostage to for e people to join. Depending on bow this thread goes that might change. People do tend to stay. Good lick in whatever you end up doing

    …Corruptors need a buff…? Interesting start. From what I know Corruptors are the only AT where EVERY power combination yields an “S” class teammate. But yes. Let us buff Corruptors. Oh, and Nerf Regen. And of course Nerf Kinetic Melee.

    I have noticed Freaks split most PUGS and Kill all teams. The type A personality DPS players Nuke thru and roll on. What rezzes is left for anybody following. These tend to be super stunners and Freak Tanks.

    Freaks were buffed once. It has been a while but they were one of the first groups to get a rewrite. So we got super stunners and…? Damn, it has been a while….

    The arguing with the base editor and spending dozens to hundreds of hours to achieve a fully developed base does not give you a sense of progression?

    Bonfire in Fire Mastery has knockback. That i convert to KD with OverForce. That gives me two DoT “rains” each with minor crowd control side effects. I usually drop them both together when my nukes (reg and incarnate) are on cooldown.

    play the character you like. no matter what anyone says is "best" or "better" play the "whatever" you came here to play. play the content you like. whether that means solo, or pugs, or a weekly social group on discord, or farming, whatever gives you the feel goods have fun.

    right. everything is considered "in that room" that is above or below. thanks.

    it seems you cannot build above a base, even on the largest footprint, unless there is a room under where you are building. or am i doing something weird? if, in fact this is true, can you put in the rooms, then build the base above the "base level" then remove the rooms, to allow you to pass through to underneath the base/ (yes, I realize you have to build the underneath before removing rooms. same rules. ) still havent worked out how to make the passage from top to bottom work out aesthetically, but i have some guesses to try

    i should mention this is for a water / marine affinity theme team rolling 1 to incarnate. i think i will skip the T1 blast and pick up Energy Mastery epic (all but total focus), flight, hasten, and ... 1 other power lol

    All soft mezzes help. But hard mezses are better. And high dps is even better yet. Iron man fights are just like normal fights. Except you CANNOT lose. Placate is a decent power. But, you have to KNOW who it will work on, who it will not, how it works, the exact effect it will have. Since you are asking I would say NO do not depend on placate in an Iron man run. Not until you know it better. I have only used the Stalker version if placate. And then only to immediately stab for more dps. So i am unfamiliar with the subtleties of placate.

    Under the gun for time I did come up with something. Now i have saved a few of the suggestions here by forming SGs with back page alts. Thank you all. I really was sad to give up Rogue Isles Villains. Especially after I designed the base for them (lot of work) But rules are rules, and the rules.... IT HIT ME HARD AND FAST! Rogue Isles Anarchists I was already using the Anarchy A as the SG symbol. I hate rules. My villains hate rules. I hate this rule. And the solution came forth like explosive diarrhea, which is Durchfall in German.
