Father Brannigan's Office, and the Fellowship Hall & Kitchen. Anyone who's helped set up Fellowship Halls for events will recognize the ubiquitous stacked chairs in the back. 😄 There is also a Secretary's Office, Church Library / Meeting room, and small classrooms for Sunday School.

I have long played one of my mains as a Southern Belle Catholic Vampire, and was sad there seemed to be no churches in COH. I just RPed that she attend "Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrows" in Kings Row. When Homecoming restored the game to us, with all the upgraded base-building Options, I decided it was time to try my hand as building Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrows on EVERLASTING, and this is how it turned out. It's an OPEN RP base, and the code is: OURLADYOFSORROWS-11389 ((Also, Special Thanks to Flashtoo, who wanted to try his hand at a Pipe Organ in Our Lady's Sanctuary - it turned out, as does all Flash's creations, to be a work of Art!))

In 2012, during the final month I I backed up data from my characters, and demo-recorded our SG / VG bases. On the last day, I gathered with friends on Virtue and said my goodbyes, and I spent the last moments that night in a mission with my husband, who wanted to 'go out fighting'. Although I'd known for a month and more that shutdown was coming and was sure I could handle the end, when we finally lost connection and got the mapserved message... I sat at my keyboard and cried. No game has ever meant as much to us at City of Heroes, and although we searched, no game has ever come close to replacing it. In 2016, Paragon Chat arrived, and each April we celebrated the first release of COH. And on Nov. 30th in 2016, 2017, and 2018 30th in Paragon Chat, we held a solemn "Shutdown Vigil", a gathering of ex-COH players who stood on the steps of Paragon Chat's Atlas Park, Admin Building, torches held high, and reminisced about the game we loved, and lost. This year on Nov. 30th, we are playing once again in Paragon City, and my heart is so full ! Our SG is back up and running, with returning old members and new ones, and we're enjoying every minute! It's a dream come true!! Thank you, thank you, Homecoming Team, a thousand times Thank You for bringing so many Heroes (and Villains) home again!

First of all, Thanks So Much for the Winter Event -- one of my favorite parts of the game! 😄 However -- I'm noticing that after two full days of holiday gift box hunting, while I'm getting "Mystery Gifts" (which are for my characters to open), and "Presents" which appear in the Inspiration screen and give things like "Power Boost" -- I'm not seeing that I'm getting "Holiday Cheer" gifts - the kind you can give to other players, the kind that give THEM things like Snowball, Flying Disc, the Jingle Jet, etc. Are the "Holiday Cheer" gifts no longer available in the Winter Event, or am I missing something about how to collect them to give to others?

I noticed a truck with a conifer (presuming Christmas tree, given the elf supervising the digging!), so am guessing Christmas trees might be popping up soon around Paragon, yay ! Any chance of getting Christmas trees with lights (colored and/or white) as new base items in December? Decorating bases with Jack'o'Lanterns for Halloween was fun, and it would be awesome to do the same with lit pine trees, a'la the Ski Challet and Null the Gull's "Frozen Winter Forest" zone.

Hello. I'm the head of an SG, and am trying to add permission for an SG leader to moderate one of our sg OOC channels. When I type in the command: /chan_user_mode "Dauntless OOC" @GLOBALNAME +operator (using of course the player's global name in place of GLOBALNAME ) I keep getting the following error Message: Usage:chan_user_mode takes 3 args, you gave 4. Sets user permissions for specified user on channel. You must have operator status to set permissions. Syntax: chan_user_mode <CHANNEL NAME> <PLAYER_NAME> < OPTIONS...> Valid Options: -join kicks user from channel +send / -send gives/removes user ability to send messages to channel +operator / -operator gives/removes operator status from another user in the channel . chan_user_mode <string> <string> <string> I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. Help?

Just checking -- does it really cost nearly 4,000,000 INFL at ICON to swap out a costume in a character's costume-slots??
