Cool design!  If I may suggest, try using snip & sketch, (or something similar), so you can trim out just the character - it'll save you on file size and give us a better look at your great costume(s)!

Snip & Sketch is built into windows 10+, (I think it's called just "Snipping Tool" in previous versions) - If you click the little magnifying glass and type "snip" it should auto-complete as the first result (App).  Cheers!

 

You can also give remove.bg a try if you want a quick and easy way to remove-out the background, so you get just the character.  Just note that this tends to clear away various particle effects, though...

One question though:  Why not give him a golden yellow armored arm to match the rest of his color scheme, like the same gold on his opposite shoulder or on the belt?  I get you want it to stand out, but big metal arms have a way of doing that regardless of their color.

You may also want to consider hosting your images elsewhere and posting links here. The HC forums has a limit cap on posts of just under 100MB, you can see where you stand by clicking on your avatar at the top of the forums and selecting 'My Attachments' from the dropdown menu.

 

I use imgur, but there are numerous hosting sites available out there.
