Problem: 

In the mission "Stop Scientist Rescue" from Ghost Widow, an enemy NPC will often spawn in an area outside the walls that is impossible for the player to reach, making the mission impossible to complete. I've reloaded the mission twice and there was a mob in this exact same corner every time (Northeast corner of the prison cell room, bottom floor).

EDIT: It just happened a third time! This time it looks like what happens is that after killing one of the enemies, a copy of him spawned inside the cage area pictured to my left. He then tried to run into the corner where you see the Nullifier pictured above. I was able to hit him in a small area by walking back to trick him into coming forward a bit. However, eventually he ended up running entirely out of bounds into the void.

 

I can't do another auto-complete for 3 more days. 😡

 

Here is a screenshot of an enemy spawning into the area. I actually managed to kill her before she ran off this time:

In Boomtown, there's a section of a wall that isn't sealed to the ground, so there's a gap where you can see through the map, /loc -3891.4 26.0 841.2

Edit: I looked around me a little more and it happens to be the ENTIRE set of walls in the area of this location, not just this one part of the wall.

In Croatoa, the little river and lake on the right side of the map are lifted up on the edges, which can be seen with that weird gray outline on the edges, /loc -2187.4 -31.7 1059.6

That's been like that since live. It's been bugged a few times since CoH came back but nothing has ever been done.

I don't remember it being like that when I first originally went there (Croatoa) on Homecoming (2022 or something when I first joined), since I like to get all the badges there.  Unless I was just completely oblivious to it on my first few characters when I was getting badges.

 

We'll see what happens to it :V

Nope. Was like that on live. Was like that on the Secret Server. It's like that on Homecoming. It wasn't originally like that. It happened after a update back on live and was low priority to fix. Prolly still is.

There have been a couple fixes posted on the Beta.   Might be worth checking there to see if the ones you're looking at have been sealed.

 

I know they haven't done anything with the Pocket D ones since it's harmless and people like to visit Manny.

the only spot i have found to get under RV is in the hero base, and it's completely separate from the zone itself, there's no enemies you can attack. the ap glitch if you're talking about going into the vanguard building well that's a very long documented bug that goes way back.

RV and Atlas Park Map Break are almost in the same spot. Allowing people to fly underneath the entire map targeting and hitting things from underneath. I have gone to Beta Server to test. These are not fixed.

Not sure if this is a "zone geometry" thing but the black paneling covering this (new??) Jukebox in Studio 55 @ -535 -318 -1223 clips away at certain angles, such as this one.

I was running the new Striga missions with spirits when one of them flew out of the map, showing me a rather large hole. The specific map at the time was Abandoned_Warehouse_45_Layout_02_02, and it was located around [365,71,-495]. Later, I was running another mission in Striga on a different type of warehouse map, but came across the same style room. Sure enough, the hole was there too. This time it was V_Warehouse_45_Layout_19 located around [-383,71,-22]. This time I took a picture:

Those window parts on the right are supposed to be covering the holes, but have been shifted over. If I fly out the hole, I can even see the second one floating out in the void:

I suspect that a number of maps have this same issue.

Croatoa is cursed. A piece of terrain is misaligned along the entire riverbank on the right of the map near the next geometry hole.

A geometry hole with a tree that rotates to follow your camera next to it at: [-2692.4 9.6 1113.1] Slightly unrelated but shouldn't this badge be somewhere...better? It mentions the beautiful view of the lake but you can barely even see the lake from it's location.

2 open holes in Boomtown since the game was originally live that were never fixed.

If you scroll up a bit this has been pointed out multiple times. It was like this on live before shutdown. Not sure why it’s never been corrected.

Does this count as a geometry error? It's more of a model error but might have something to do with the see-through windows.

[-2021.0 220.0 -7101.4] - Inside the AE Building second floor

 

This guy standing on the balcony on his phone has a completely transparent torso when looking at him from inside the building.

If you go outside he looks fine.  The shirt/torso doesn't seem to render when viewed through a window.  His own reflection in the window from the outside is also fine.

Yeah I saw it after I had posted. Figured I'd keep it up since it implies more people notice it. It is a really large map error after all.
