Even though the Halloween event is coming to a close, the Halloween costume vendors (in Croatoa and Nerva) are open year-round. 1 of each Halloween event salvage for a 14-day temp power (so 26 of each salvage will last you a year); you just have to visit the vendor every two weeks.
