Mayhem / Safeguard missions via Ouroboros

The toon I am badging leveled up mainly by going through Ouro content. Unfortunately, I forgot that you have to do newspaper/radio missions at specific levels to get badges associated with those levels of Mayhem / Safeguard mission. Because there are few people actually forming PuGs for these missions, would it be possible to have some iteration of these in Ouro (even requiring three newspaper / radio -type missions before entering would be preferable to the current lockout.

There are two badges you can get (Villain Disruptor for heroes, and Hero Slayer for villains) that each unlock a contact on their respective side. That contact will give out unlimited Safeguard / Mayhem missions. The links I posted have information on the most efficient means to earn the badges, as well as links to those respective contacts.

 

Or, if you like, I am happy to meet up sometime, grab the missions, and let you pop in to get the badges.
