Col. Kernel Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 (edited) Not sure which one of you did this, but he's made a LOT of signature and villain group figures, 3d printed them up, and done quite a nice job painting them. Coyotedancer Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 FlyingCodeMonkey and I had them do miniatures of our 13th Age tabletop characters. Their miniature designer is just good fun to tinker around with. Taker of screenshots. Player of creepy Oranbegans and Rularuu bird-things. Kai's Diary: The Scrapbook of a Sorcerer's Apprentice
Doughboy Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 I have a Hero Forge mini of one of my COH characters on my desk right now. 🙂
Col. Kernel Posted July 20, 2022 Author Posted July 20, 2022 I've made a few STLs using their creator. It's very powerful.
Oubliette_Red Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 Nope, never heard of it... Which is Anastasis, my Thermal/Dark Defender 1 1 Dislike certain sounds? Silence/Modify specific sounds. Looking for modified whole powerset sfx? Check out Michiyo's modder or Solerverse's thread. Got a punny character? You should share it.
Sir Myshkin Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 Played around with it for 15 minutes and got a pretty passable attempt at my old KM/SR. While there are some interesting helmet options, none of them quite matched what I wanted so there's a minor drawback, but it's not a bad attempt at something that could easily represent what I was going for: I am curious about the print file they offer though if it could be made a bit bigger than the 1" scale. I'd much rather see this in at least a 3.5" size personally if I could print it myself. 1 Pylon Test Run Submission Proc Monsters (Controller Edition) Proc Monsters (Defender Edition) Pylon Test Run Results Proc Monsters (Tanker Edition) "Mad King Special" "Ceterum autem censeo Iram esse delendam" Mad King Special - Force Edition (NEW!)
Col. Kernel Posted July 21, 2022 Author Posted July 21, 2022 @Sir Myshkin I think some slicers can expand the scale of the STL. It's been a long time since I've been on Hero Forge, so I don't know if they have that option or not. You'd think they would have the option to make your STL 30mm/15mm/10mm at the least. Or maybe 28mm instead of 30.

There is the XT options available, though I believe you'd have to build the figure from the get-go in that size rather than just up-sizing your figure. You can start with the Half-Giant body, then add the gear to that instead of the Human body type. Edited July 22, 2022 by Oubliette_Red 1 Dislike certain sounds? Silence/Modify specific sounds. dfgvbc085 Posted July 23, 2022 Posted July 23, 2022 (edited) I have some inquiries if it’s not too much trouble 😥😥, guide me about this. These inquiries are displayed underneath here😊😊 https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/36714-who-knew-her-name-was-so-literal/ Sitting tight for most appropriate response straightaway. I’m excessively confounded here. Edited July 23, 2022 by dfgvbc085 1

Some things scale well, some don't depending on how it is originally designed, how many nodes it it starts with, whether they used a tri or hex based connection system for the modeling, etc... I don't have a 3D printer to be that invested in the experiment though, so that's as far as the curiosity went.
