Like if their position got overrun or something. Or perhaps replace Meteor since that nuke's calldown delay is so long that it's actually considered a skippable power. 1 .

You're right, I misunderstood. That makes more sense. (Edit: Though I would probably call that more like "Explosive Decoy" or something similar. Have it spawn a copy of you as a pet as part of you teleporting away, the copy generates aggro like Omega Maneuver, and then promptly explodes as a nuke.) Edited January 6 by Rudra 1

Hail of Bullets is intended as a damage power, Dual Pistols T9 nuke. It gives a defense boost for all of 5 seconds. Elude grants its defense bonus for 3 minutes. One of these two powers is a defense power, the other isn't. Try again.

You probably wouldn’t normally refer to Hail of Bullets as a “defense power,” but the power absolutely does grant defense so you would not be incorrect if you did refer to it that way. That poster is simply saying there is precedent for a blast set t9 giving the player a defensive buff. Put another way - is Parry an attack or a defense power? Is Soul Drain an attack or a damage/tohit buff? Is Siphon Life an attack or a heal? Turns out powers can be both at the same time. I also don’t really see why duration is factoring into this at all, since neither OP nor anyone else made any mention of that they’d want such a buff to last for 3 minutes or anything until you brought it up. It kind of sounds like a combination of shield charge and Omega Maneuver, all in 1, and with you teleporting away from instead of toward the enemies. It's not a bad idea, but without the taunt built in to Omega Maneuver, it'd need to go off light right away, lest the enemies move away from it...
