Help with game badges totals please.

Hi, am sat at 1625, soooo close but no cigar.

I use the badge tracker system and that has a total of 1641 badges but I also follow Voltor (respect, tips hat) and he uses 1637 as his total.

Please can I find out which are the four badges in the difference.

I might guess at Bug Hunter and maybe Beta Tester if that is still extant,but no idea what the other two might be.

I am  very probably wrong about all four but any guidance will help me in the quest to further my badge total 🥴

If you mean the Badger website, then the four are:

• Flames of Prometheus
• Bug Hunter
• Praetoria's Son/Praetoria's Daughter
• Temporal Warrior

There is one login badge, named one of: V.I.P./Destined One/Praetoria's Son/Praetoria's Daughter/Temporal Warrior depending on your origin upon login (primal earth, praetorian earth, or PVP). In-game, this only counts as one badge but internal to the game's code, it's actually three mutually exclusive badges. On Badger it was split into those three badges for reasons that I have long since forgotten, and for the sake of keeping this answer as simple as possible, I won't go further into those weeds.

edit: Hurm, forgot to hit submit, but ATC has covered the main question handily.

 

I tend to use the BadgeSetList popmenu myself and can confirm that 1637 is the current total.

 

 

And you can check against ATC's master list of 1637 here:

Of the two options that lemming linked, I would recommend the former (popmenu) much more than the latter for reconciling earned badges. The easiest way of spotting missing badges is probably to review the sequential listings for each category in the popmenu.

 

Trying to reconcile against that master dataset is likely to create more problems than it solves, as that isn't really its intent.

The Badge "Bug Hunter" (internal name "BetaTester") is shown at the top of Accolade Badges.

 

It's also not included in the count of Badges a Toon has.

If you're trying to reconcile what you have in game with Badger...

1. Export your character's data to save as backup
2. Go to the Characters main screen and click "Log Parser" and then click "Help" - follow the instructions
3. Then upload the data to Badger - it will replace your previous character data (hence the prior save).  It should be updated with your current in-game total, but I've found i need to do this 2 or 3 times to get all the badges to show and reconcile with in-game.
4. Then view your character, click the "Collect" tab, and uncheck "Show collected" and you'll see the badges you're missing.

It's a pretty simple and easy process, and an easy way to reconcile your in-game badges to Badger.  🙂

Hi, apologies for the tardiness of this response, thank you all for your inputs and info.

I have now by using it all got my badge numbers and remainings to work on, up to date and tallied up to the 1637 total against my current total of 1628.

My missings are all the usual suspects from the incarnate trials which may or may not ever be gotten and one that will sit mocking me till next year being the Wedding event defeat all 14 special guests which shows 12/14! 

No idea how that never got finished but such is life.
