New content problem (spoilers, of course)

I'm on a contact mish from the new content.  Dat-Dat.  I'm on the next-to-last mish called "Negotiate(?) with Nemesis."  I've already talked to the three NPCs.  My new objective is "Talk to... Piecemeal?"

 

There is no such NPC as "Piecemeal" on this map.  I've used a targeting macro and scoured the entire map.  Multiple times.  Can someone please help me?

It's not entirely obvious, but talk to the big TV.

 

And the portal opens up in one of the truck containers (backed up truck?) to the left of the TV which may not be obvious, but it's a glowy portal.

Thanks!  I played it yesterday in Ouro with a team and someone who already knew about the tv completed the dialogue.  Then, when I *very* clearly asked where "Piecemeal" was in the chat, exactly no one answered.  This morning, after posting this, someone in the Help channel told me.

I think so.   I caused him to bubble up, then got overwhelmed myself.   And then I had to go, so didn't bother to finish him off so can't say for certain, but I'd bet some influence on it.

I had the same problem running this mission. It took me forever to determine Piecemeal was the screen and forever again to find the portal. Mission really needs indicators on the map for the objectives.

 

I was unable to defeat Nemesis, but I was running the mission on a dominator and the number of mobs he summoned was well past my control target caps.

I solo'd Nemesis. took a long while. Massive heal he has. set +0/+1 btw and I used Lores and a HVAS

There are several instances of this kind of non-clarity.  Keep on truckin and it will work out.

Wasn't there a really short timer?  I thought there was one when I ran the mission, but maybe it didn't trigger until I got my butt kicked?

It was a 60 second timer. I didn't see any point in beating him. Already had Unveiler badge. I just ported to my base.

The timer is 60 seconds, but that just ends the mission, doesn't boot you.

Yeah, the timer was added back in the 'Before time' so players couldn't farm this mission. Ah, those were the days.
