Why is there no Armour set in the game?

For that you just need to have shields as a customization option in dual blades.

I don't need to so this but if they add something like it then so be it.

 

I really think you can use other armours to cover this off (INV?). 

 

I'd like to see some fresh twists on powers if they're going to be added. The HC adds have been decent and I am liking the new ones.

There was a brief period of time on open beta, when they were testing "you can choose either the tier 1 or tier 2 power of your secondary power set at level 1" function where you could create a Shield Defense/ Dual Blades tank.
