Let us combine two conversations.  Disable reactions, and defeating enemies by something besides damage.  
 

give everyone one insult power (a reaction) that hits an enemies morale bar.  You can earn more insult powers with in game achievements.  When a team ir an individual with enough insulting power lowers an enemies morale bar to zero they are defeated.

Back on live, there was a forum poster with the handle "JRanger".  They were notorious for the fact that they would reply to every suggestion post with just "no".

 

They were so notorious that the live moderators actually put into effect a forum rule that you couldn't just post "no".

 

And so, /jranger was born.

jranger was the forum name of someone on live who was... a veritable font of ... creativity unconstrained by wisdom, I think is the nice way to say it.
