  1. I suppose an update would be helpful. Here's where I'm at for the moment: First, I had a mini-heart attack ...but it all survived without even a ding. What was: What I'm starting with now:
  2. That's basically what I was thinking of. Like, when I use WMP to "balance" all the music to the same range so that I don't have to go deaf when I move from one genre to another in the car with my digital library (extremely wide range of genres). Yes, I know that different types of balancing can have a negative effect on quality, but for the types of sounds we're talking about, I don't think it would be a big issue.
  3. Bad fingers, no donut
  4. Considering you have full control over who can do what, yeah, a properly setup SG shouldn't have the issue. That said, until they can rework the code to allow MUCH larger SGs, then I'm not sure something like this would Yet get traction. I'd like to see it added to the in-game SG roster list interface once it gets an overhaul.
  5. That's it and can be accessed by clicking the Account button above
  6. You can set the Task Manager to "stay on top" btw. Doing this, you Should be able to test the above, but I wouldn't recommend playing that way unless it's on another monitor or you have enough screen space (higher resolution than 1080p).
  7. IDK if it even would work, but I suppose you Could identify the sound files, extract them, use some sort of sound editor to reduce their standard output volume, place the altered files into the corresponding /data subfolder. For reference (I think)
  8. Link to board? Looks like a basic AT sized board almost, but I'm assuming some of the covered areas are where M.2s go.
  9. Very slowly getting this assembled for work. The shelving is brand new. My poor network lost its home as the old desk was tiered.
  10. You have to use chrome on XP to get the New Launcher installed. I managed it, barely.
  11. Heh, my overzealoused self does stuff like this: https://www.amazon.com/VELCRO®-USA-189754-Wrap®-888-Black/dp/B00O2A3P88/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=velcro+roll&qid=1619650056&sr=8-2 https://www.amazon.com/Double-Sided-Adhesive-Strong-Self-Adhesive-Fastener/dp/B07TVZB1GL/ref=sr_1_14?dchild=1&keywords=velcro+roll&qid=1619650136&sr=8-14
  12. Ya'll gonna make me send you boxes of zipties aren't ya.
  13. Oh to have actual space for a decent desk
  14. I forgot to ask what Atlantean component this was when you posted it. 😛
  15. Yeah, would have never guessed that right off the bat, but I guess I never asked what OS you were running either.
  16. Don't forget that your bugs had 6-8 legs too!🤣
  17. Definitely This, but I wouldn't mind being able to run it on say the Switch where I can then choose to put in on the TV with a wireless controller. :p
  18. Try checking and reloading the related TXT files and see if that does it. Then check to make sure you don't have some 3rd party app deciding to control keybinds like the logi app.
  19. Unfortunately, the source has long looked like dinner the second time around (if you know what I mean), so the devs have likely had quite the headache for the years since acquisition of said code. That'll be hurdle 1 as it were. Can the game run on ARM? We've got it running on the Apple M1s just fine using Wine and other stuff that people like Manga know MUCH more about, but from my limited understanding of the platforms, that actually isn't the comparison/path you'd be going anyway. You'd be looking more into some sort of Linux adaptation I'd think. You'd likely need some sort of x86->ARM wrapper for Android that would allow the current semi-stable Linux method to work. TBH, the performance would likely be worse than WinXP with 2 Gb RAM though. Either way, that's a lot of hurdles, so it'd have to be somebody Really into side projects and outside of the actual Dev community until the day that things like the 'Talks' conclude in our favor and actual resources can be legally established.
  20. Sounds like someone copy/pasted the Forum's requirements when creating the form/error page.
  21. So few of my alts have just One name as it were, so I rarely run into the issue anyway. For Some characters (tight-roping the EULA), I'll use their given name instead of their common name, etc.
  22. Maybe run a routine that forces the launcher to prevent the games updating first if it has an update itself?
  23. That's the first thing I do TBH, either that or reserve it anyway when I have a good change that I'm thinking of doing it.
  24. So long as it's better than the modern AAA games where stealth requires you to crouch. 😛
  25. Oh I've Had it running in Parallels on the M1 from the start (when their beta came out), but it's never been able to properly handle the 64 bit drivers for CoX for some reason.
