I would not mind it if TFs like Citadel didn't just bounce between IP & Talos for near every mission. I also resent Indigo & Crimson's deliveries to each other missions. Could you not be in the middle of nowhere then? There's probably a nice coffee shop near the train or ferry.

Auto unlock Katie Hannon and Ernesto Hess if you complete it
lemming replied to KaizenSoze's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
I wouldn't have a problem with unlocking the TFs if you've done the TF. Flashbacking, you only have to do the last arc. I often unlocks these on my chars just because. Usually via FB, but sometimes if I'm at that level range, I'll pickup that arc. -

Notes are saved locally with their global. It will list the characters of the player though just the ones you've seen, though that will be updated when you open notes. LB3K is a good lead, but it is herding cats, and the cats are fractious.- 91 replies

List of task forces and trials with completion times?
lemming replied to BlackSpectre's topic in General Discussion
Speed runs are a different animal, but probably not a bad thing to have listed. Categories of times could be: Speed Runs Kill Most Runs No stealthing, but no wandering. Usually this would be where I'd put the "average" style run where on a big map with hostages, you're clearing the areas where hostages are and not just taking out the hostage group ignoring the other mobs, but not bothering with branches that don't have an objective. And some of the TFs have more speed opportunities, so you'll get a wild disparity on some of them. Difficulty can also make a difference. Hardmode can make even more of a difference. -
The Network of Enterprising Paragon Journalists - Opening Article

I don't know, I think you need to add a fake comment section with some outlandish theories in there and then "Comments turned off" to really emulate some news sites. I liked the story. Just waking up, so I'm not up for much constructive criticism, but if you enjoy writing them, I think people will enjoy reading them. -
Until you get enough KB resist from sets, use a base empowerment for 90 minutes of a decent amount.

Can we post self-congratulatory milestone screenshots?
lemming replied to EmperorSteele's topic in Badges
Yea, I'm just curious how many my characters that aren't chasing badges have. Most have some zones fully explored for the stat accolades with whatever would complete the zone. I've gone thru about half now. Trend seems to be, the later and more played, the more likely a higher total. Better build, the more badges, which all make sense. Everyone is 50. Now I'm wondering who has my lowest total, though Insect Suspect seems a strong contender at 190. -
Can we post self-congratulatory milestone screenshots?
lemming replied to EmperorSteele's topic in Badges
I should have checked how many badges the rest of my non-badgers have when i logged them thru the anniversary badge. I have a few that have all exploration and history badges, but now I'm curious what the average is. -
I have never lost inf because of it, but I sometimes just dump all my salvage onto the AH and have hit claim all which hits that limit, and then it has to tell you about how many more times it is already at the limit on every single chat tab. AH was definitely not built with scaling up in mind. (well, quite a few things)

Port Characters from the Original Game?
lemming replied to CalvinistDadfly's topic in General Discussion
The data from live is lost to us. (For a bunch of reasons) However, it's is much easier to build up the characters than it was on live. Biggest thing would be badges to redo, but they're all attainable over a course of a year (pesky event badges, but you are here in time for the anniversary ones...) -
You should be ashamed of yourself and go back under the rock you crawled out from under! <=humor attempt! Sounds like a great idea.

Theory: Checks to see if any sale would bump over 2B, but not on the total sale, so if you claim 20, and any 2 will push you over, you'll lose the 18 others

Ouch. Though I find the more carp I deal with at the shelter, the less I can deal with petty stuff.- 91 replies

There needs to be a leaver penalty
lemming replied to Living Brain 3000's topic in General Discussion
I recently played on Excel again, missed doing anything with LB3000, who is a good lead. Does seem to be more churn there than on Everlasting, but I just chalked that up to the higher population and more chances of getting a newer player. My initial reaction was because I did just lead a team on Everlasting with citadel. Two of us definitely crashed (friend & I on discord), we came back, but one other person dropped at some point. I assumed they crashed and just didn't come back. (Bonus though, we didn't have the repeat mission bug)- 91 replies

What AT is best for tanking multiple groups? 'cause "Tank" ain't it.
lemming replied to kryori's topic in General Discussion
That's my primary function for my blasters. Burn everything down and the tank doesn't have to worry about an agro cap. -
Note that under 50s get a huge boost of XP at the end of a WST, so they do get something that the 50 does not.

lemming replied to Living Brain 3000's topic in General Discussion
So, how do you scan for people who have a crash? Penalize them then and there, wait until after whatever league/team function is complete? There are still some bugs that crop up, while more rare, do happen. Also, this would really mess up master runs where everyone quits to restart. Do we need a note from the lead to say it's OK? Honestly, the only times I see people voluntarily quitting is when the team isn't up to the task, or the leader is a jerk. With the occasional RL emergency coming up. player notes are also a good tool.- 91 replies

I agree with you, I think you'll see that in the initial feedback to PA, that was pointed out a few times.

Hey, my fire/fire/fire blaster has a few powers slotted exactly the same! (Mostly different) I need to run her thru some other content some more. -
I would definitely be against it if it was always on. (I like my screen space) An option like OK says, would be fine since all that info is already there. And yes, off by default like timestamps. It's not hidden from anyone, just has a piece of gauze over it.

My chars that could solo Council +4/x8 pre-update, still can solo them at that difficulty. (Though as people have pointed out, a little more tedious) A couple of them can't do the same for Arachnos. That doesn't mean I need Arachnos tuned downwards by the devs, I just don't solo them at +4/x8. I'm not in the camp where I think HC devs ignore feedback. I do think they have an idea of where they want to move things, but they do listen to feedback, even if they often don't take the feedback where the reviewer would like.

Is Infiltration (Stealth Pool) & Celerity +Stealth IO enough?
lemming replied to Story Archer's topic in General Discussion
Infiltration plus Celerity works fine for any mob without +per and assuming you don't have a field that alerts them. -
Just to point out, I thought the Cimerorians had "Grant Cover". May have to go do some power analyzing.
