  1. You're the one bringing up magic. You know who else brings up magic? Witches! Though in terms of the idea, I think people have pointed out why it's not a good idea, and pointed out why the same arguments you, King, whoever else with the same logic are not a good fit. Heck, people have pointed out how it could work in the framework, but you're just repeating yourself.
  2. Yep, I have a fairly intricate google spreadsheet myself. For some stuff i track, I keep it up to date all the time, especially with tracking day jobs, but everything else can be done when i have down time. I think there are a few more mission arcs, accolades to add. I really should make a DB app at this point...
  3. True. It's useful for initial, if you can reach the Orange Mote, but it is optional. I tend to spend more time just exploring around since I'm still building up my list of fog & gladiator spawn points.
  4. Having played whack-a-mole with someone similar in my own moderation, it's not hard to spoof IPs with VPN. Usually had to also check a few other factors.
  5. AA has some current guides.
  6. I tend to get that Alpha shift as soon as I can and then the rest now are completely based on what feels right. I do grab the other level shifts. (Though I try not to do Longbow & BP Lore, because they seem overused) Destiny, for chars that I keep playing, wind up with one of each.
  7. Level 25 And yea, my chars that are less than a year old will take part. I may do a couple test alts to PL them up to see if I want to continue them and farm a few aethers that way. I tend to just hoard my aethers until one of my chars would benefit from one of the costumes or effects. I seem to be putting a Mino costume for my labyrinth characters just so I can pop thru that door easily.
  8. It works fine for items that have bidders already. You'll get whatever the top bid is anyway and assuming it's not a bunch of lowballs, you'll do OK. I went some chars yesterday and was retiring them and one of the steps is converting threads to super inspirations. Those I just toss on the AH at a low price since there were plenty of bids for the ones I got. Sometimes the 10 thread stuff is more efficient, sometimes the 30 thread ones. It's also not the most lucrative area, but I cleared 100 million. (Mainly because I didn't bother building any incarnates on that char...)
  9. I don't think it's well known. I didn't until I posted my own thread about it. Did screw around with it yesterday and as long as you don't move anything in the trays after the respec, and zone elsewhere, you'll get your trays populated with what powers you still had where you had them pre-respec. Which is nice in that all those temp powers, accolades, macros and the like are where you might have them instead of taking up the first few trays.
  10. Aw cmon, it's a big stretch! Unless you see him forget to switch accounts and downvote a bunch of posts as KC3...
  11. Honestly, I found Storm Blast great as a Sentinel. And it does toss mobs around a lot. I wasn't as thrilled with the Blaster version. For maximum chaos, I'd probably do a Storm Blast/Storm Corruptor
  12. Those look like some welcome changes. The slightly less difficulty will make it a bit easier to run around for stealthers too. (When they get seen by the eyeballs or drones, not getting splatted that easily.)
  13. Very similar. Though Mini only if it fits concept. The other goals are all intended. I feel if I don't feel like doing the other goals, I wind up retiring the char. Like arcane, I have a couple other chars that have other goals, my main who badges, picks them up and I try for the other goals to like most of the temp powers. Currently playing them more to work on the mini pets in the Lab. No rush, but eventual goal. (Hmm, might dip under 90 chars soon, just sent three to the chop shop)
  14. I was actually retiring the character and stripping for parts, so in that case I think I just picked all the primary/secondary plus enough of a pool. Mr. Bad Example was a fun EB/MC blaster, but wasn't being played. I had just done the same with another character, and used him to do the "Did that just happen and can I recreate it?"
  15. I did the calculations sometime ago. (Before a few of the new sets dropped) and without Pool Powers, it was ~3,000. (I forget if I accounted for those combos that aren't allowed such as Shields with Staff) That's not accounting for the variety of picks as Scarlet is working on. Pool powers greatly increases that, but those can be swapped around, so you could have three separate builds with the same Primary & Secondary. I'll have to redo my randomizer with the new sets.
  16. Describes me pretty well. I hardly buy anything off the AH and tend to stock plenty for my next alt. I actually bought Very Rare sets the other day which is completely outside my norm, but since I'm still building up influence at a decent rate, I'll probably explore more time saving than inf building.
  17. Reese is the one that seems odd. Of course, he snaps back into old behaviour with Number 6. Looking at the wiki, I have never done the Loyalist -> Isles route.
  18. I posted about it earlier, but it's known. Though more advertisement for it is good. It's handy
  19. Locations updated: Fogs Found: 94 Gladiators: 104 Slight reworking of stuff. Will probably make the Blue Council Fog block a submenu, just to separate those 15 locations.
  20. Depends on the map unfortunately. You can add an ally as a hostage with no enemies and tell it to load in the front, but it will be in one of the front loading spots. Some maps might have just one spot, others, front may be nearly anywhere.
  21. Bah. I didn't see that. I went ahead and went back further and confirmed that in 2010, Galaxy didn't show Sewer, but Atlas does. Went ahead and checked the 2010 Atlas, Steel, Boomtown, Kings, and Skyway pages which all list the sewers. https://web.archive.org/web/20100727020253/http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Galaxy_City
  22. Yea, this is a short time before the patch destroyed Galaxy and it doesn't list the sewers as connected https://web.archive.org/web/20110719024731/http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Galaxy_City Atlas does list it https://web.archive.org/web/20110719023259/http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Atlas_Park I couldn't tell you if we used to enter the sewers in Galaxy or now.
  23. it's a weird bug that probably results from DB to display timing issues, or some other related item that is painful to debug. I think it's always been like this, but honestly I'm not sure on that.
  24. The default sort is the alpha, but when you click enough items, the items resort and for a bit, they present sorted in placed order. So it's not so much a thing you have control over.
