Some of that is history with Ultimo, though I find it helps if people just address the issue at hand, so it doesn't come off as such.

I've been dual boxing (and for a little bit triple boxing) some of my chars just to get the EB badges and while my Ax/SR scrapper only had an issue once with a Crone draining my end, no biggie for them. The not very well built Thermal/Pain Defender got whacked a few times before I could pull aggro, but that was the defenders fault for using enflame. 😄 Oh right, the point: From what I can tell, (and heck, may be in notes somewhere) is that the strength of the door spawns depends on population near it. Sorta like the invasion actually, but not sure. So, when I was off in a under populated area, I'd get small groups coming out for the most part. If I was around others, even if we were not on the main team, spawns were larger, and would be higher level. I also noticed when we were off elsewhere, the spawns were quite random in size. Sometimes one EB, sometimes a three minions, sometimes six mobs with a mix of minions, lts, and boss.

Not sure if it's that trackable. I suppose they could run a query that shows how many generic'd names on characters exist on Dec 1 to see how names got used by new characters. What I want to try is grabbing a generic'd name that is on an idle character.

That is not addressed by this policy and as explained by the devs, this only pertains to characters, not accounts. So, limbo as you describe it.

Note that the six Hecatomb enhancements are unique. So you can only slot one of each on a character. Some people do break them up to get the 3 slot bonus by putting them in two powers.

Not entirely sure, but looks like if it looks like level 1 on the selection screen, that's what it will use.

Some of us like taking them on solo. If they tie the notoriety setting to the door knocking, great. And if you check the patch in Open beta, you'll see the adjustment made to a couple of the EBs

It might be that you don't get the pet until you have also done the motes. I assume this char has had enough Lab runs to be able to whack 1,000.

As said in the other post, you get the Mini benefactor for defeating 1000 gladiators.

Mini Benefactor is awarded if you defeat 1000 gladiators. What you get for the motes is the gladiator costume.

Awesome. That will make league management for that a lot easier, though will someone on the team get credit if they don't personally hit it? If a single team is doing the event and has 2 people at each banner, under current conditions, everyone gets badges. Though I would guess the old criteria still exists and this is an added insurance? Does look like the incan full league to each banner method will be best (which normally works now, but can fail for some teams if not balanced, and this fix should address)

Sounds like the right way to address it. It won't make any difference to the level 50 leagues while making it easier for a lower level casual player.

When you couldn't use arcs that were single mission badges, your list is gold. Now, there are a few faster ones. (Such as just using The Center's Personal Arc)

Yep, though I was talking about Task Forces. Come to think of it, Manticore is one that is often subject to this since the mobs are base level 35 whatever the lead is. (Or was, I haven't checked recently if that got corrected)

That seems counter to the suggestion anyway, and no, not super rare. Maybe in your experience.

That happens often enough. Someone will form a team and some rando will suggest a higher level person should lead to max the level of the TF. Or the person forming it will suggest it. My friends and I will often do similar in that one person recruits, but a different person runs the TF.

I have some names I'll try for, and a couple that I would have in the past, but I like the current spelling now. 😄 Probably less than a dozen at this point.

And some badges associated with those. I will run those to fill up the blue bars on the contacts there as well.
