  1. Right. I assumed that the code that got out to the wild was the snapshot of the state of the game at the time. It would really depend on source control, backups, etc... at NCSoft if it happened and if anyone archived it for later perusal. It was just a thought, and really depends on if someone is willing to look even if it was OK.
  2. You have to do the Lockbox or Girdle mission which has Scratch or Ganymede introduce you to DJ Zero who then asks you to deliver valentines. You should then get progress on what you delivered. I just did the same where I delivered three with no progress, but after I did the Ganymede mission and talked to DJ Zero, it's fine.
  3. Yes, in prior testing it was pointed out and the devs got a contact in Striga instead of the contact in Skyway
  4. yea, i chatted to a gm too
  5. I do similar, though depends on how fast I'm leveling, what content, what AT I'm running. I have waiting until level 32 at times before I get serious about slots. Before that, it's sorta random and if I wind up with some set IOs that work, I'll toss those in.
  6. There's also the mission in Kings Row where you become a Skull with a machine gun and Street justice. No access to your own powers. Also, the Sister Valeria (?) mission where you are a Cimeroran until discovered. (then you have to turn on all your toggles) So feasible maybe.
  7. All that playing of Call of Cthulhu has real world applications for me.
  8. It's a fairly easy to replicate bug now. It looks like Snaptooth sees if the spot he's spawning is empty, and if not, he doesn't spawn. I've only done it with my own characters, but haven't seen if pets will screw it up.
  9. So, managed to replicate this bug. If my scrapper defeats him and he dives into the ground at my feet, he doesn't come back. If I get out of the immediate area though, he acts per usual. Just managed to replicate this a few times in a row.
  10. May have also been a misinterpretted direction. I could see, don't keep reporting the same person multiple times before the GMs have a chance to respond.
  11. Another leveling up Popup that doesn't make sense: "P2922039760" while going from level ten to level eleven. I think in this case my Praetorian getting Admissions Officer Lenk for the Invention System. (Which popped correctly telling me where to go)
  12. On Liquid Nitrogen "Enemies that occur to be wet" maybe should be "Enemies that are wet" maybe? And maybe something that explains what that means in the game?
  13. I got something similar when I used the freebie to go to 50 plus Pop ups announcing new contacts were: Captain Nolan, P853183757, then Dr Orts aka Number Six. I notice Belladonna has been added to my contact list, so I believe she's got something to do with it.
  14. Yea, probably not in an easily accessible spot by this point. I was thinking of some of the model work and while I believe it's a non-zero chance, probably fairly low that it's somewhere in company hands. Based on a few anecdotes and personal experience, probably some offsite disks sitting in a drawer somewhere.
  15. Well fine: Read everything here: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Main_Page And then we'll tell you what's changed later. 😉 it's a big game with a lot of nuances, but basic at start.
  16. I have a Storm/Dark Sentinel that seems pretty good on Beta as well. It's more a grinding down of groups than straight on damage it seems.
  17. It gets mentioned everytime the name stuff comes up, but based on what I've read on it, it would be a complicated thing to fix, so most people go "Would be nice, but understandable why it's not" I used to work on a game that had a couple bad design issues that dealt with the DB. I modified one since it was causing a lot of overhead processing problems and that took a good couple months of work. And that was nothing compared to what would entail getting this account server and the rest of the game to cooperate.
  18. In the final mission of "Find the Lab" of Act 1 of the Freakish Lab of Dr Vahz If you click on the desk and certain other elements are still in action, like the Kraken. The kraken beat the tar out of Cortex and while it didn't affect the mission much, after Cortex goes down, he gets his full health again and starts spamming "[11:05] [NPC] Cortex: Assist us! The lab is overrun!" twice a second.
  19. That's not a comparison for most. I have a few names that I want because they're names of my Champions characters, so about 40+ years. A couple I have, some I don't. Actually on live, my first main wound up with a totally different name. I occasionally will see if a name has freed up, but it's not a big deal. It's a "Hmm, I'd like this character to actually have this name, but in the meantime" If you're just idled, not using a name, it's not being used. Gear degrading isn't even being talked about.
  20. The ability to use a slash command to place powers in numbered trays and being able to export your tray setup would help a lot. You can place macros in certain tray locations, I don't think powers can be.
  21. The past badges for Supergroups were SG only badges. And frankly, not sure how a SG badge could be anything but just for the group. Personal badges awarded for SG goals wouldn't make as much sense. (Do they get it if the SG already met the goal? Are they out of luck? Do they have to wait for the group to gain the equivalent?)
  22. All my characters wind up with Atlas, Boomtown, Bricks, Echo: DA, Echo: Galaxy, Founders, IP, Kings Row, Perez Park, Skyway, Steel Canyon, Talos, and Terra Volta being fully explored. I get all the exploration and history which cover the requirements for the various stat accolades, plus a lot of extra. I tend to finish off the Echos just because, and then regular Faultline and DA. ATC's stuff makes it easy though I have it memorized by rote now...
