  1. Inferno could do with a few more ticks of damage (80% chance of 3 ticks) adding to it. Blasters/Def/Corr get 99% chance of 9 ticks of added burn damage. Even the defender burn damage is higher than the Sentinel burn damage and it ticks 9 times with 99% guarantee as well as hitting 6 more targets. The other Sentinel T9 nukes get secondary effects like CC and debuffs etc but Inferno is damage only. It is not much more damage than the other T9s which have additional secondary effects. Overcharge for example does more damage and is 40ft range, safer to use, with a defense debuff and a stun attached and is slightly faster activation. A few more ticks of the burn damage would be good or make it 100% chance at least. Even add a secondary effect maybe. Sentinel Full auto could do with a little something extra also.
  2. If fun factor is considered in the tier list then for me Beasts would be top. I don't know why but this is the first MM i am really having fun with. Watching the beasts charge in, knock a few mobs down and crit a few is quite fun lol.
  3. I made a Beasts/cold MM. It was better than i thought as i had never tried Beasts before and heard bad things. /Cold helped a lot probably. What i did like about beasts is how fast they were compared to some of the other pets. I am always waiting for my Mercs/FF to catch up running. All the pets should run fast out of combat. These Beasts could really do with some pampering and grooming to really make their coats shine though lol.
  4. Super Strength really needs pool attacks to help it. As much as i like SS it is probably time for a change. Battle Axe and AR, 2 of the recently revised sets are looking good. I have an AR/TA Blaster and a Invuln/BA Tanker that are both doing well. Obvious weak sets that need a small overhaul...KM and Archery to name a couple. Not a huge change in Rankings with 1 proc or many, for the Brute especially, but the average time/dps difference is quite large.
  5. Controllers could get double procs on contained mobs as a rough example. I am happy proccing my Tankers though, they have the toughness to do so. Controllers have mob lockdown also i guess, making procs nice for them also. Procs do allow certain AT's to reach near dps clear times solo, with all the benefits of the AT also. As a Tanker i am ok wih that but many think they are a problem.
  6. A non procced Tanker is a different animal to a procced out Tanker. Procs probably need looking at for each AT. Maybe the procs should be based on the AT damage scalar with possible Fury affecting them or crits etc?.
  7. +recharge will allow you to use the biggest hitters more frequently which will improve the dps. A chain of 3-4 big damage/dpa attacks for example. You could use a T1 power with no gap in it with enough +recharge but spamming that would be pretty bad dps. Procs will have a better chance on longer recharge powers that can be chained. +recharge allows more uses or Build Up also. @Rudra

  9. If you are soloing you won't get hit a lot and can use inspirations even temp powers and regen. If you are teaming then there is a good chance someone on the team has a heal of some sort. You may well have buffed resists as well and be extremely durable and won't need healing much. Rebirth Incarnate offers healing if you wish. The more SR loses health the higher the resists become also. In my opinion you do not need it. Take hasten. Hasten will boost dps. Dead mobs....i mean arrested mobs are no threat. I am going to arrest you after i have hit you with my big axe a few times 🤣.
  10. Yes i remember now they got some changes to form changing. I think a few small activation times could make them a bit better. But i don't really play them, always felt a little slow and too much work form changing. Never liked the squid anyway. Some guys seem to do really well with them. Light form could probably do with nerfing/changing with all the +recharge available now :P.
  11. Granted they get a heal and Light form and can form change but the activation times are a little slow. When did the Khelds last get a pass? IS is slow as hell (3.3s) lol but it is not form specific.
  12. And sacrifices survival with out Blaster damage. The idea i believe was to Nova form for damage and sacrifice defenses but Lightform is easy now with +recharge.
  13. That is out of date. Changes to Sentinels have been made since. The Nova form attacks could do with the activation times lowering a little.
  14. I tried a solo +4/x8 buffed mobs ITF back before they were buffed with a Fire/SR Sentinel. I have done it on Tankers before but not a Sentinel. It went fairly ok. I bit the dust on Rom though and never returned with a Sentinel lol. I have since rolled a Fire/Bio sentinel fully procced and i actually enjoyed and still enjoy playing that character. Maybe a Fire/Stone will be my next but Sentinel SR is a very good secondary.
  15. Is that the one with Nuclear man? Rad/SS/Energy or Mu Mastery. Looking at it though he does have some lightning on his hands but an aura could fix that.
  16. It also kills +recharge substantially (-65%), but you can build that in and Granite is certainly not for dps anyway. It won't help with Rage stacking though.

  18. Stone armor is in a good place now but no better than say Invuln or SD. I have 2 now a Stone/MA and a Stone/SS. Granite is nice enough but mostly unnecessary with the debuffage it does and the rest of the set being so good now.

  22. Stone armor does have +end recovery in Crystal Armor, 20% i think. You can slot a performance shifter in there also. SA can be endurance heavy but a good build will sort it. Battle Axe would help suck those mobs into your Mud pots.
  23. Did you double stack Rage? Why did you add Cross punch in to some of the sets when they did not need it? for example Fire melee you don't seem to use incinerate or cremate for a brute or Cobra Strike/Crane kick over Cross punch. There are better options than using Cross punch at times.
  24. Yes that decent recharge. Some sets benefit from recharge. Maybe just pick a top performer from each AT and test them only. Stalker could be the awkward set though. TW or MaA could be a good one to test for Brute/Scrapper/Tanker.
  25. How much +recharge was in the builds? A non damage proc test may be a good comparison just to see how much difference adding damage procs really makes. I am quite surprised about Martial Arts performing as well it did. Go MA! 🙂 TW is still a good performer. Poor KM 😢
