I like them if you want to dip into a variety of powers, instead of taking a more focused power pool. For instance, the super jump and foot stomp that it gives offers a great 2-for-1 power pick on tight builds. Poison dart can be a handy pulling power on melee builds prior to getting your epic set, and the SS + limited teleport is pretty fun to mess around with. Either way, I'm glad to have the option to take these sets...

Powersets and/or Archetypes not in the game?
biostem replied to Techwright's topic in General Discussion
Some sort of thrown-weapon ranged set is definitely missing, (daggers, darts, boomerangs, etc). We have a touch of this in martial assault, or you could kind of count some of the claws or spines attacks, but there's still not a complete ranged set where you throw weapons. A cloning or "multiple man" set; You can kind of pull this off to a limited degree with the change to phantom army, but it's still only 1 power. I'll echo what others have said regarding a chain/whip set as well. Cheers! -
A lesser demon, abused and abandoned by her summoner, was rescued and rebuilt by a technological hero. She now uses her second chance to fight evil as "The Cyber-Imp": cyber-imp 4.costume

"What's that? Kids don't like wooden horses and nutcrackers anymore? But all I'm good at is woodworking! What's a 'Play-station'? *eye twitch* Do you know how much time and effort I've put into all these toys!? *twitch twitch* I'll show all those little brats some 'holiday cheer'!!!", said the elf now only known as "Jolly Holly's Folly"... jolly hollys folly 2.costume

Here's another using that arm/shoulder combo. Love it! I call her "The Shard Striker": shard striker.costume

I'd suggest giving beasts/elec a try. Faraday cage makes a great defensive zone for you and your pets to fight in, and you can easily take advantage of the various chaining abilities.

That's a great costume! I really like how the arms looked, so I decided to build off of that combination and make something that was my own. I present to you, "Piston Fist": pistol fist 5.costume

A little holiday cheer, another double entendre, and quite possibly the first "confectio-kinetic" I've seen - "Marshmallow Hell": marshmallow hell.costume

Weapons that deliver powerful combat-enhancing compounds, derived from various types of wasps, to the wielder - sounds like a great idea, right? Well, it turns out prolonged use can cause changes in the wielder, and the effects are highly addictive. Now, if that wasn't enough, this equipment only generates its effects while being used against an actual opponent. Such constant prolonged use has led this person to call herself "The Overridden", (during those few moments of clarity she's able to manage after a prolonged battle)... overridden.costume

Basically, I would love to see the below costume piece made available as a skirt/shorts option, mainly so you can use another belt with it, instead of having to be stuck with no belt or a fairly ugly, (IMO), one that uses the same colors as this piece. Your thoughts? Thanks for reading!

Are those her spirit animals on her shoulders, subtly teaching her animalistic combat techniques, or are they just stuffed animals that she imagines are talking to her? Either way, she insist you refer to her as "Feral Sheryl": feral sheryl.costume

I couldn't replicate the costume exactly, but for what it's worth, here's my attempt: vayne 1.costume

A fiery demon with a positive attitude, a drive to spread "holiday cheer", and a penchant for double entendres, she calls herself "The Toastmaker": "First she'll make a toast to you, then you'll flat-out toast you!" toastmaker.costume

Here is my attempt, (the 2nd version of the costume file has a bit of an eye glow while in combat): enforcer from afar.costume enforcer from afar 2.costume

Proving the old adage "Any landing you can walk away from..." wrong, (plus the presence of an unusual energy field and weird minerals didn't help), I present to you "The Crashtronaut": crashtronaut.costume

I was having a bit of "costume-creators' block", so I was trying to brainstorm some ideas. I was playing Fallout 76, and they have some weapons with paint jobs reminiscent of WWII bombers. Going with that, I was thinking: "What if a heroine built a combat suit that was sort of patterned after such a paint job". To that end, I present to you a woman who is "Grinning as She Goes": grinning as she goes.costume

I agree. Frankly, I've gotten better results by "fudging" animal faces/heads via different eye/mouth options than via the premade ones...

This may be a bit hard to explain, but here goes; Certain costume pieces/patterns/textures can become distorted or clip if you adjust the body sliders certain ways. I'd love to be able to adjust the sliders while actually looking at the costume I've created/am working on, without having to switch back to another screen which only shows a generic body. Thanks for your consideration!

When you trade your arm for "ultimate power", but don't read the fine print, one possible outcome is "Darla Doom-Hand": darla doom-hand 2.costume
