  2. One thing I wouldn't do is try and soft cap range when most of your attacks are going to have you close enough to where the npcs can melee you. An over defense is nice but in this case you should frakenslot the Dom ATOS to increase and strengthen your mezz powers.
  3. I actually agree with this 100% Just like with ice slick after the 30+ range I really had no use for it. Especially since I have other powers that do KD. This assessment is spot on.

  7. I would never skip an aoe hold even at lower levels. If anything it can act as a panic button and at early levels you only need two acc IOs until you're ready to start building,

  13. For darkness you can skip Shadow binds, Possess, and haunt. Everything else I would definitely grab.
  14. PVE wise Mind/Psi is going to be the only thing you're gonna get to true aoe wreckage with a dom (IMO). You can proc the hell out of Mind/PSI and frakenslot it with mezz and damage. You might end up sacrificing a few things here and there but it's definitely doable. And as long as you achieve permadom, you greatly increase your survivability.
  15. To easily answer your question, just attune all your IOs. It's costly but it helps. Or just use sets in the 30 range to min/max your set bonuses. I would first work on attuning purples/ATOs first. Also using that set you get from Summer blockbuster is good if you frakenslot it. I've had perma dom at 22 is my lowest. But that also depending on me using either unrelenting together with unleash potential along with hasten, or using me using frenzy which automatically refills domination bar and has a 5 minute recharge time.

  17. I've teamed with you on my Praetor characters on torch and your mind/psi is the truth, I would love to see your build.
  18. With this build you can skip consume since end is not going to be an issue, All your control powers are greatly enhanced for long mez duration. Great damage bonus. Perma dom. Pop unleash potential and defense goes up greatly. So here's what I like about Unleash potential. Pop it with unrelenting which will also help with recharge (and dam/regen/recov and acts as a self rez) which you can use early in your career and you've become boss level.

  20. I made a Elec/SS tank thats a monster. I'm sure the reverse will pair with a brute.
  21. In this one build you have more defense than me with an entire build slotted. You sir are extremely good at building. I would love to work with you one day on some builds.
  22. One of the strongest single target attacks in the game, and your friend two slotted it? I don't even care about your resistance on a dom with little hitpoints. I'm aggravated by the fact hit took blaze at 44 and two slotted it. LOL oh and he two slotted fire blast and six slotted fire breath. I am dead weak. Please don't use this build. One you're nowhere near achieving permadon, End usage is horrible. You aren't going to be doing much damage. This is what annoys me. People where preach so much about trying to soft cap def and resists that they forget about what actually makes a dom. If you wanna do low dam and have high resists just go make a tank and crowd control through taunt,
