  1. Then /Fire is not the secondary you want. /Fire is manly a single target DPS build and lacks heavily in the AOE department. Fire breath is a narrow cone, Combustion looks good on numbers and stat sheets but it sucks. I've rarely ... actually I've never seen a single person who took combustion as an attack unless it was just for the set bonuses. Aoe you would be better of going /PSI or even /Earth is you are looking for aoe. /Martial Assault also looks good with aoe. I guess you can make a naruto themed character from the Earth Village. The good side if you're adamant about going fire the auxiliary pool gives you fire blast and rain of fire which are great choices from fire mastery. You have another good choice with Ice mastery and soul mastery.
  2. Also to the OP I would take the proc out of mass hypnosis. The slot could go to something else since it's only giving you toxic and psi resist in which you're at 6 percent which is already low. The rest of the bonuses you get from it you're a perma dom. None of that matters really.
  3. 6-8 sec downtime would be suitable as well. But as his current build runs if he misses drain psyche, he basically is running a 2:1 ratio with endurance.Which at this point he has a 34 sec recharge with hasten. he's gonna burn through end cycling through his attack chain which on average is going to hit anywhere between 4-12 end cost with one being at 16. This is why i'm wondering if you're looking at the same build.
  4. I disagree. Have you looked at the actual build? Unless he is sitting there doing shockwave his recov is low with the combination of attacks and toggles running.
  5. You're not going to have a lot of endurance with this build. Unless you rely on incarnates.

    You can negate this by picking up Unleash potential which gives you recharge/regen/recov/ and def if you do decide to go for damage.
  7. Permadom is the priority. Everything really just depends on your play style. Some would emphasize def/resist and that's cool. I was big on recharge and skipping hasten. But slowly I incorporated it in my powers to allow for something else. I would say working on making a build that's not relying on incarnates is my current thing. Gives your build more playability. Damage is great but it will come with set bonuses or powers that increase damage. Assault being one. Domination increases damage too. Def/resis is cool. 45% is a good range. Even around 35% Resists probably are easier to come by. Melt armor never tried or looking to implement,
  8. I would go with this build. And switch the proc in afterburn to lotg recharge and that will give you perma dom. End wise i mean its ok. I like it.

  13. Focus on getting a global recharge to at least 110 and you can rely on hasten to cover the rest. I would skip the healing pool and focus on the regen buffs like from unleash potential. That would give you recharge/regen/recov/def
  14. Singy will actually do better crowd control than you. It seems it is capable of utilizing every ability in the grav set. My only fear is it will be able to summon another singy and eliminate the master entirely.
  15. Nickname this build rooted attacks. Not a fan of this pairing.
  16. Incarnates are really an end game enhancement but should not be leaned on entirely. it's basically a crutch. And when you play things not 50(+) content what are you going to rely on then? It's cool you wanna rock with his build, but going back to explore lower level content is going to be a challenge when you can't rely on incarnate abilities. In this case I would work on getting hero accolades to help with a bit more with end issues and keep blues on you.

    What is it with you and refusing to use the planner?
  19. Craft two acc IOs and leave it in there until you get ready to slot out and I guarantee you you will greatly lower your chances of missing.
  20. What don't you have the end mod proc in stamina?
  21. What have you tried so far? I mean not much you can work with here as it only takes sets from the heal/end mod/ acc heal set IOs. I guess you can put chance for negative dam. Otherwise I wouldn't anymore than two to three slots on it.

    My bad. I have procs in my energy attacks. Been awhile since I actually looked at the slots until you mentioned this. So scratch that part about the kb.

    I would go grav/energy. The immob helps with the kb energy has to offer.
