One thing that was great for GURPS 3rd was the Character Creator Program they brought out for it. The 4th ed version was total crap in comparison. And I have a lot of GURPS books that I bought just to read! Because when they did a deep dive back then they really dove deep.

I'd prefer if these things are to keep resurfacing that they be dealt with equally. Sister Psyche is at least as interesting a character as Statesman. The only appreciable difference is Statesman was COH's "foundational hero". I'm against bringing Statesman back in the period post Who Will Die? but would be happy for him to exist in game prior to his death. I'd love to see the same for Sister Psyche. At least her TF was preserved in the Ouro and didn't have to be rebuilt like the OG LRSF containing Statesman. However small Sister Psyche's presence is in game, she at least has more than Statesman if you know where to look. A big point entirely overlooked in all of this is even if you did bring them back would it make any difference? We know more about Tyrant and the Praetors as well as Recluse and the Patrons than we do about the Freedom Phalanx or the Vindicators. Something that really should be on a list to deal with.

If that's where I think it is, that is Dupont Tower. From its description in the Laura Lockhart arc it seems to be residential in that we're told it has civilians in it.

I'm not arguing the point that Diabolique dies/had to die, or even in fact that Dream Doctor did it. But the way it was done relegates the player/team lead to a side line character. A scene where the team hand her over to Dream Doctor and then he deals with her would IMO have been better.

I do know, and yes, MMMV LOL. It varies very much from what I consider to be a total BS move to shoehorn a pre-existing IP Icon into something else in the possible hope of dragging the previously dedicated COH base to MXM. There's plenty of aggro aimed at Dream Doctor for swooping in for the kill in Dilemma Diaibolique. Player Agency is important and this would negate it.

Considering Statesman was a very public figure for the best part of a century I'd be very surprised if Crey didn't already have his DNA profile mapped somewhere. The snag being that if they made a clone then that clone never had access to the Well of the Furies.

Last Bastion is it. It's possible Night Ward had refugees/escapees for a while, but nothing grows there so no food although surviving supers might survive longer. Either way it's probably reverted to the dead and Drudges.

I'm going to disagree. Fight off the storm on the horizon? Absolutely. But on his terms. With Emperor Cole it's always on his terms. Stand with Vanguard and the Primals against the Coming Storm? I could see him doing that, but taking on Statesman's mantle to do it? That's a big no IMO.
