  1. You can slot them at level 7 i think. Just need the proc ones. I have binds set up to auto fire my build up during my attack chain, since build up refreshes so often. Add a Gaussian proc and bam you are 2-3 shotting bosses. Once you get them its like switching from a big wheel to a race car.

  3. Where does it say Tankers aren't supposed to do damage? It said they have slow, devastating attacks right in the original game manual.

  7. Your feedback was totally fine. If I came off rude, sorry, that was not intended. We have actually been actively talking about rage for several weeks. And there are quite a few people that agree with you. Take a look at the feedback rage thread in this same section.
  8. The set already has an annoyingly long animating Total Focus ET could be reduced for sure.

  10. How so? Its exactly like before except now its spread between def and res. Also there is already a rage thread. This is not it.
  11. Still crashed, just the def penalty never implemented if stacked.
  12. On the live homecoming servers, it does crash. The crash is -20 def, an end drop, and 10 sec of no damage. On live Ncsoft the -20 def part only could be avoided by stacking.

  16. I found as soon as i slotted the ATO procs suddenly my stalker became awesome.
  17. Have to give credit to Captain Powerhouse for a fair explanation about the brute damage cap.
  18. Its a poor argument to suggest that something is not a nerf by arguing a nerf is deserved.
  19. The scrapper ATOs are good. The stalker ATOs are awesome. Definitely in favor of Stalkers. The defenses of Scrappers are usually slightly better in that the Stalker versions give up something for hide, and they also have something different than the standard taunt aura survival power.

  22. 19 is ridiculously small. Especially for a T9.
  23. Stalkers only lose AOE on older sets On Newer sets they have just as many AOEs as scrappers. With all those extra buildups, AOE crits from hide, and Hide during combat refreshes.
  24. I am not sure about the improvements listed, but Trick Arrow definitely needs buffed.
  25. Stalkers also have insanely good ATOs, so the difference is noticeable. Scrappers and Stalkers are only meh defensive compared to Tankers. Otherwise they are pretty good.
