  3. I take tough and weave on every single character i play. While some could reach specific goals through a lot of set bonuses, i find that I usually have more power picks than I need and not enough slots. Tough and weave generally let me use less slots than trying to do the same thing with sets

  11. I always use tough on SR, and i try to get as much resist out of it as i reasonably can. Added to scaling resists it is a great toggle and forget boost to survival.

  13. So far on SOs anyway, what this suggests is KM may need buffed. Since it actually has 2 AOEs and in set mitigation and its just dragging.

  15. I think in general the answer to this family of suggestions should look like ... Can you do what is suggested now? Do we actually need it? Can we get there with power customization of existing sets? If not can we somehow use an existing set from another AT? If not can we add a new powerset to get there? If not can we add an AT to get there? We probably never need another AT. IMO people want to jump to new Powersets and new ATs far too casually.
  16. You cannot build a Sent to be tougher than an Invul tanker. You could match a Invul Scrapper probably. As far as toughness goes. That should be enough to break alphas for most content even for a full team at +4. A lot of Sent secondaries could be built to handle that also.
  17. SS is only bad through cognitive bias aimed at keeping the double rage status quo. There are testing results earlier in this thread showing TW like performance from the set when perma double stacked.
  18. I think you should use the best build for each set you can manage, since some sets can slot more procs than others, which is a performance consideration.
  19. Teamed with a lot of support types and the brute can do likewise reguarding Resilience.

  21. It was also the most advantageous combo for tanker vs brute damage, weighted in the Tankers favor.
  22. They are making it so Tankers can bridge the gap on damage by a fair amount, why would you then also nerf Brute's hp or resistance caps? It seems like we will end up with two tank classes. Tankers and Brutes. Which is just accepting the reality of Broot Life since IOs anyway. We act like this is some MMO novelty. When in reality most MMOs have more than one tanking AT

  25. I think there is a core of people that think we are dealing with a game in Beta instead of a game brought back After its sunset that has evolved over quite a long run.
