    The Ignite patch is now a typically negligible part of the power, FYI. Its single target damage is the highlight, and the power no longer requires immobilizes to get great use out of it. You sound like you’re still thinking of old Ignite.

    You are not being “penalized” by *choosing* to forego one single extra Aether particle per day. Don’t be ridiculous.

    The players that take issue with it can simply play the same way they’ve always played and won’t be punished for it. No reason to remove an optional bonus for those who like it.

    Sleet can afford to be lesser than Freezing Rain. Cold Domination is the single most in demand powerset in the game, and this won’t change that.

    Ice Blast already does top tier single target damage in addition to all its mitigation. Giving it a snipe would be overpowered.

    Yeah either wanting to pick another pool entirely or you already wanted Physical Perfection or something like that and Focused Accuracy was the best pre-req.

    Yeah, the activate period on it is probably 0.5 seconds. It certainly makes the power more appealing as a way of skipping Tactics. I usually shy away from it because its end cost was enormous.

    There’s a bit of a difference between saying “sets that aren’t bottom feeders” and “the single most in demand set in the game”. The latter is more honest.

    The Char/Dominate nerfs will probably be the most consequential thing in the patch for me, but I’ll make do.

    I think Colds have enough going for them that Frostwork didn’t need a buff. Seems a little insane to look at the 4* meta, notice half of every team is Colds, and still want to tune up Colds.

    My Ill/Fire/Ice Dom was getting times between 65 and 80 seconds back when I did pylon testing so it sounds conceivable for an Ill/Dark/Ice to do 95.

    Mine has your stats plus 3 power transfer procs and maybe a smidge more regeneration. Do you have power transfer procs?

    This is not necessary on a proper AFK build.
